Pre-exhaustion to begin workout?

If I understand the DLD Blasters correctly, you kegel first to pre-exhaust your BC muscle, thus making the subsequent stretching much more effective.

So I was wondering why DLD developed this idea of pre-exhaustion for the DLD blasters, but not for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words] or any type of stretch for that matter. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] tells you to kegel AFTER stretching and jelquing. Why not before in order to pre-exhaust and enhance the effectiveness of the rest of the workout?

I did not want to introduce newbies to internal, mental, body movements like Reverse Kegels until they had a basic understanding of the mechanics of the physical portion of Penis Enlargement.

Phase Two, which included DLD Blasters, I thought to be the best time to introduce men to the more mental portion of Penis Enlargement.

If members feel ready they should jump right into Blasters as they can be done with almost everything.

Ok, thanks DLD. I figured you were probably just starting people slow before you turning up the intensity with more advanced concepts.

I suppose pre-exhausting could be effective before almost any Penis Enlargement exercise, even if you're doing something other than Blasters.
