Hi guys,
Breaking plateus is really imortant in every pe journey. Usually length plateus seems to occur.
Mindset, "focus" and special routines that is proven and have worked for you , or just ideas on routines that could be interesting fo every one to read/try when needed.
Sometimes you read about peoples tips on breaking plateus and it would be great to have them together in a post.
Here are my tips.

Mind:
set your mental state /mindset that "you are gonna take that next length step and you´re not gonna tolerate to be stuck on this current length anymore"
Visualize yourself being a new size, maybe 1/4-1/2" beyond what you are now.

First step to try, routine change - higher intensity of current routine or change of routine.



Experimental [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]+dld blasters routine (haven´t tried it, still theoretical, but will if I reach a plateu)

Start with investing in small bars to add the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], if it doesn´t come with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] box (maybe 0.5" or smaller depending on brand).

Start early evening: warmup, then dld blasters (50)
(Now your pc muscle is a bit fatique, and that´s a good start for next steps).
Then directly after- put on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and have it on for as long as you can.
Wear it for a total of maybe 2hrs (can be done in shorter multiple periods). Screw up thumbscrews whenever needed.

Then directly when taking the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] off, warmup, and do 35 dld blasters
(the fatique increses and that´s good for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] time)
Then directly put on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]- wear it for a total of 2 hrs. Screw up thumbscrews whenever needed.

Then directly take it off, warmup and do 20 dld blasters.
(pc fatique increases which really allows the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] stretch to be extra good)
Wear it for 2hrs or rest of the evening. Screw up thumbscrews whenever needed.
Finish off with a warmup. Then massage some skin cream on your member for the skin to fully relax and recover.

Next morning and day 2, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use as much as possible until the evening, then do the above routine again.

Next morning and day 3, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use as much as possible until the evening, then do the above routine until last 20 dld blasters is done, now
put on that pair of small extra bars on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and try to stretch and fit the penis inside it. Do this even if you just manage to put on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] without screwing the thumbscrews.
Wear it for a total of 2hrs or rest of the evening. Screw up thumbscrews whenever needed.
finish off with a warmup and a some skin cream.

Now, this new bars added are great for confidence and mindset that this plateu is broken! When you have managed to once get your penis inside this new [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] length, it´s just a matter of time until you are stretching comfortable in this new [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] length.

I love your attitude towards breaking a plateau, particularly because you put extreme focus on the mental. Just like having pizza everyday for a long time, you get sick of it. The same thing applies to everything. Change inspires change and putting your mind into a new direction will be fruitful.

I have a routine that I use for this and even the routine, for as long as I have been in Penis Enlargement, needs to be changed for me to feel inspired to use it. My biggest plateau was at 8", no matter how I rocked the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] I could not gain anymore. Soon after these discouragements I went on to develop many other routines and exercises (the meat of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] Pay site) But it was only in my willingness to change my routine, my mind and my visual belief that I was able to break this stagnation.

It seems though that a lot of Penis Enlargement:ers forget or deny the mental state, visualization and the mind power.
I have always read your mental state directions in every excercise and tried to follow them.
And the importance of visualiation a goal is very importance in a Penis Enlargement journey.
The way you look at your penis and visualizate it being as long as your arm, and as thick as your wrist- is a perfect inspiration for me, and should be for everyone.
I have some cans from hairspraybottles in different sizes that have my goal size in length and girth.
I also often visualize myself in the future in certain positions (sexual)having benefits with my "new size" (goal size visualisation) with women.

Just look at other types of body stretching/balancing/forceful arts(like yoga, karate) they focus a lot on the mental state.
A lot of sports athletes on elite levels uses special "mental coaches" to combine their training and preparations to recieve ultimate effect of training.

I have now read your phases/plateu breaking routines in another post, and they look really effective! It also once again show the amount of heart and dedication you have in your pe journey.
