Just wondering if it's possible to overtrain the penis and hurt growth just like other muscles in the body. Does less work equal more gains? Is this too much? Should I split up length and girth work into seperate days? Now I'm no newbie but am coming off a long decon and trying to get back in the game. How does this plan look?
 
If you're a true newbie, leave the clamping out. Yes, it is very possible to overtrain the penis. It seems that most people, in their Penis Enlargement career at one point, will overtrain. Judge your fatigue after a workout in order to find your comfort levels. Also, if your penis is not getting erect as well, not hanging as well, basically, isn't all around working bigger and better, then you're probably overtraining.
 
No I'm not a newbie. Been doing this for over 2 years now. Just been on a long hiatus this year and wanting to get back into it. I've never had the problems you described, so I guess I'm not overdoing it. My dick is always ready for action! lol!
 
I am sorry evey time i get up to bat "I push it to the limit" you call it overtraining I call it shooting for stars but hitting the moon. but i have a found respect for doing eecrises right. but i do them untill i fatuge out and still put in more.
