Hello all, I am doing 2x50 jelqs every night in the shower and then 1 30second stretch in all directions twice a day. Is it possible that i could gain 3cm by december this year byu doing this routine.


What are my chances and what little things can i do to improve my gains.
 
if you havent reached a quarter of 3cm in the time you want to achieve it up your routine personally id do more,stretches in theshower are good because you strecth better because of warm ligs,one guy reported a half inch in a week of doin this but he was probly lucky to have tha growth spurt but it does help

Dont count your jelqs. Instead jelq 30-45 minutes and concentrate the pressure of each jelq. Do them real slow with a very tight grip. Its much more effective IMO. Good luck vato!

You're gonna want more intensity and a more developed routine. Try adhering to one of the various posted newbie routines. They have been known to produce some rather fantastical gains.
 
nothing is impossible If you got God on your side. My opinion but considering all my muthafucking accomplishments, I have no doubt.
 
Why you can't find more time for Penis Enlargement?or privacy maybe? Anyway find a way to increase power of stretch it's VERY important to have that felling of burning after doing stretches, also while jegling make a little harder grip...that would be more quality, if less quantity, in your Penis Enlargement workout. Also find a place where you can be alone for 2-3 min (like toilet) every once in a while during the day and exercise power stretch, more power the better and watch the glans..
 
it's glans that is the head of penis...or tip of the penis or whatever you call it, you dont have to watch the head:D i meant don't squeez hard, if possible not at all...
