ive been peing since july of 2008. ive been using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and ive only gained .25 in length and 25. in girth putting me at 7.25x5.25 bp. my ulimate goal i 9x6.75 bp. i know this will take i long time but i will not stop till i get there. ive been very consistent with my workouts but i dont know if im going in the right direction. my eq is ok about 8/10. when i made my gain my eq was amazing. i just cant seem to get those hard woodies back and i think thats my problem. is there another routine i should try?

I dont know man are you sure that it is not all in your head or something I mean when you trying to get one of these "hard woodies" are you thinking about it.
To me .25 in both girth and length is not bad at all I would just stick with it until the gains stop and then switch up.
 
You have over trained you need a decon break for a few days. Even seasoned vets like myself over train now and then. Get those woodies back up to 10/10.
 
Your penis is still going through changes and it is normal to suffer eq issues every now and again. Give yourself a bit of time off. You may also want to work on PC Muscle exercise to help with eq.

Give it two weeks, now you should be working on iroving EQ take up edging.

I think proper Penis Enlargement is Penis Enlargement for several weeks, break for a wek or two and on that break focus on things to strengthen erection qulaity.

Bc kegels combined with PC kegels.
Edging.
Physical exercises and Abdominal breathing exercises like ti chi.

give it another day or two and see if your EQ improves even more. If it doesn't i would say that you have completely recovered and you are good to go again!
 
Some guys just have different rest cycles than others. Some guys never need time off. I would say to give it a couple more days and then attack with caution.
