Hello everyone . I started Penis Enlargement serious before 2 month i started with this routine :
5-10 min warm up
5 min streching all directions
150 jelqs ( 50x 3 series)
90 V jelqs (30x 3series)
after 50 jelqs i am doing 30 v jelqs
5-10 min warm down
So i finished my second month and i dont have any gains . The only think that i can say is that my EQ is a little bit better and i have more veins on my pennis and maybe the head of my pennis is a little bit bigger. But i dont have any lenght or girth gains even a 1mm. I am so worry about it. My NBPenis EnlargementL is 6 inch and my EG is 5.5 inch. I need to gain in lenght and maybe little girth. Please I need help . I am taking suppliments also . The suppliments in JPs 90 routine . Thank you !

The routine looks solid but I am sorry you have not gained. My first advice is to stick with the routine you are using but step up the intensity. Are you holding back at all? Is the intensity high? How about post girth measurements? Are you seeing temporary gains? If yes is the case then another routine may be in order.
 
My girth measurements is in full erect state . I have 5.5 inch EG midshaft . At the base its smaller . I dont have temporary gains i mean that every time i take any measurements i have 6-6.1 inch max NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.5 EG. The intensity is i think medium i am doing jelq with both hands each jelq is for about 1-2 second per hand .
 
I would say bring the intensity up from medium to high. Penis Enlargement takes a certain amount of force, intensity needs to be high but safe. I would add a bit more intensity to your sessions over a few days period to try to find the point of growth. If after a couple weeks of this you are still not seeing growth we can talk about a different routine. Do you have any equipment? Maybe we can work that into your current routine to break this plateau. Try the increased intensity and see where that brings you. As I said, this may be all you need to do.

Not faster, harder, tighter grip...the more blood you bring into your penis the fatter and more deformed the tissue will become. With stretching, you want to put your all into it, stretch with more intensity, more strength. Do not fear hurting yourself, just get your intensity up.
 
After all of my sessions my pennis is fatter than normal and bigger but thats is for 2 minutes and after that is getting normal . Also my BPFSL is really smaller than my BPenis EnlargementL . IF my BPenis EnlargementL is 6.3 my BPFSL its something like 5.4.
