I have an idea to cut back on the bandwidth and cost why dont you make the adult entertainment section only open to supporters and Mods? Couldnt hurt but it might help. If people just surf in and grab stuff or link it why give it for free? There is enough free adult entertainment on the net elsewheres.

Bandwidth has actually been very good lately since JAZ stopped posting the videos. Donations and Joins now go to pay server costs and tech costs.

In any case, I agree with others that the porno area be for supporters and mods. If that is unacceptable then perhaps have only links to the pics/ movies rather than having the pics in the thread like DLD does alot. I think folks will get really turned off by that. I really want this forum to be member supported, it has a much stronger sense of unity in my opinion. Things are not terribly expensive but most months we do come up short (this is including monies from the paysite) So far the generosity has kept us operational. The toughest time is at the beginning of the month when all of the bills are due.

If we cut back this type of posting than I feel it would be better for bandwidth here.....if you can ALWAYS try to link the sites pix and videos from the host so not to attach it here.... I alse feel membrs could sign up for free hosts such as Geocities where they can host their own material and free up even more [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] space, I alone have 9 MB of stuff in my geocites account and its ALL linked around [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], imagine all the active members and the space they use ....;... thats alot of space used.

Do you have any links to threads like this red?

Have you thought about using BitTorrent or something similar to share videos? Then they could be hosted on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] server efficiently (the only cost then is disk space).
