Please advice - routine and progress

Ive been humble for long enough. I agree with sharing of information but when they steal our products and exercises with no credit pisses me off.
But think about this carefully. If the brothers keep on using a method that others cannot provide sufficient info on, and they keep on duplicating the efforts to explain why without satisfactory, the ultimate ends will land where? It comes all the way back here.

There's an old saying from Oscar Wilde that goes, "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness." They can imitate but they cannot duplicate. The info is hard-dated and recorded as evidence. The info is already far imprinted all over the internet. Infringement is a very thin boundary anyone can try to cross, but ends up belly up at the end. So, be patient my Guru. Just allow things to flow, and pray for the brothers to succeed as you lead them to success.

Tonight my girth work as usual and soft clamping was less productive. Less post extension that usual. And definetly not extra expansion as last time.

I was actually doing soft clamping with edging just yesterday (without pumping or ssj) for maybe 50min with breaks in between.
I might be overdoing it and sabotage my progress.
I also have some pain in the glans if i squize it for example just from about the previous big expantion session. But i have no clue if its related to soft clamping or to the vac extender (that was my first guess).

Couple of months ago i felt c jelqs was working for me. But i had numerous events later on with it where i felt like something off. Or sudden pain. Etc. And i stopped. After some time i read on Rddt many peole say jelqing is very dangerous so i even more afraid from it now.

Took couple of days off from extending and also today i could not do it. Felt painful even at low weight without bundle.

Also did the List today 5min on H (20hz). Oddly felt it less deep then with the lower hz.
To be honest i still don't feel anything special from it.

Perhaps you should migrate to a new routine that will bring steady growth. Have you considered SRT as it is written? I would check it out and read it in full to master the routine. I promise with this routine you will see incredible growth.

Yep. This is over fatigues. Relac by reducing pumping 1 day on and 2 days off for the next two weeks. It prevents you from having to reset from the newbie pumping routines.

Isn't the LIST radial settings supposed to be 5Hz to 12Hz?

My LIST working between 10,15,20hz.

Yeah i will try to rest and lower pressure. I also have pain when i pee because the stream flows through and i guess 'touch' the painful inner spot on the down side just below the glans ... i must let it heal.

P.s i have measured the heat with regular thermometer after being wrapped in the ir heat wrap on highest heat very tight on the penis.
I measured once between penis base and sac as you suggested and got only 36c.
I then measured on the shaft (where the heat was applied directly!) folded on itself over the thermometer and got only 37.5.
I either don't measure right or it's super ineffective for PE.
P.s this wrap has the IR leds covered by a cloth. So you don't get direct exposure.
I bought another one from Ali express with leds exposed. I will try that out as well. But i read you should not attach exposed leds directly to skin.

The LIST? already have it. Used it maybe 8 times already. Nothing special to report yet.

What you can't see and feel doesn't mean it doesn't work. Allow it to have multi-session routine according to the application methods, and observe in the long term. Commonly, there's an 8 time minimum and 25 times average application using radial application methods. The focus application is much stronger so it's faster in results, but the cost is crazy higher.

That means that if you do 100 workouts, until you master yourself which is the fundamental of PE, it is guaranteed to lose many days in the learning process. The thing is that this is not the case with 5x5x3. Even if you try to cheat on 5x5x3, you're still doing P.E

If our brother is going this far to vouch for the program, I can testify that he has gone through quite a bit to reach where he is now. It was a hard battle that he went through, and many evaluations have to be considered constantly, as his routines are modified according to each phase of his journey. It was phenomenal to reach where is now.

Indeed i'm in some distress to gain faster.
Didn't gain length since april 2024. And girth since nov 24 (which is somewhat less far away).
In any case i keep doing SRT 5X5X3 as the basic of my girth routine.

That is the truth! Nothing compares to SRT

Also tried the exposed led heat wrap today. Didn't measure but my penis felt cold so i doubt real heat was made.. i might go back using heat fan like SIM was using (me as well in the past).
In general i have cold hands and feet (all peripheria areas) so maybe that also have its effect.
