No, penis fatigue doesn't correlate with mental fatigue. It's physical fatigue. Here's why.Ok my new question here to @oldandlively since it goes with the post.
I have seen that when doing PE, after a few workouts my libido is starting decreasing. Do you correlate fatigue (penis) with mental fatigue ?
If you have money go for 1 PRP session to restore asap this or else stop for 1 month. Even though I am not veteran, I do not see a reason here to push things.Yeah
This is how my glans looks like after an hour in the vac extender...
I think to maybe take a break from length work and work only on girth.
Or give it another try while i detach the cup from my penis every 20min tops, and/or maybe shorten the session time.
It pass by itself after 1-2 weeks rest. While the redness pass in 2 days. And only skin peeling remains for longer. If you have money go for 1 PRP session to restore asap this or else stop for 1 month. Even though I am not veteran, I do not see a reason here to push things.
Does it happen frequently? It pass by itself after 1-2 weeks rest. While the redness pass in 2 days. And only skin peeling remains for longer.
It happens when im using high tension vaccum extender.Does it happen frequently?
Today i have really teribble day.No worries on that front brother. It's not about health issues, but hormonal fluctuation. We can crack the code and get you well on your way to strengthening yourself.
Now, on with the questions and answers:
Do you have headaches now and then if you don't get enough fluid for the day?
I almost never have headaches, but there is no day i don't drink at least a liter. Usually more.
Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous?
- Perfect.
Heart palpitations can occur to me if i too nervous, like i had a fight with someone, or sometimes with anxiety but not usually.
I am more stressed then average, but i usually don't get to such levels, well i also educated myself not to go there because than i simply get anxiety which leads to anxiety attacks..
Do you have odd trembling episodes?
- Good. Too nervous is not something new for most people. As long as you can control yourself not to go up to that level most of the times. The problem is that high figh-or-flight blood pressure. Not to worry. Take deep breaths and calm down as fast as you can. Reduce the cortisol level loads.
Shaking and feeling bad, dizzy, when not eating on time is very dominant. It doesn't happen to me lately since i eat on time. But when i was working outside, travelling. Etc. It was very common. And it seems like my blood sugar was dropping as well.. hell i even can't fast for more than 15 hours without feeling bad.
Do you get light dizzy feeling when you are under stress?
- And here it is! You know how to stabilize your blood and glucose level by recognizing it, which is a great thing.
Sometimes i do.
Do you feel like your lips are always dry, or your eyes feel like they have sand in them?
- It's related to your low sugar level.
At some level.
Do you feel like you have sweaty hands and feel, although they are dry, and even on warm days?
- This is manageable. High stress loads cause you to get a bit dehydrated. This is why the questions above.
Yes. But sometimes they are in fact sweaty (my palms). This happend to me more when i was younger and while i was excited like with girls.. was really uncomfotrable.
See how my questions are breaking down the major and the minor issues? It's pretty simple. You already done all your tests and they are negative. Your venous leak is surrounding the high flucation of hormones during stressful days, and I can almost guarantee you that your blood sugar also play the part. Doctors will shove pill down your throat the moment they see these kind of diagnoses, but it's quite simple to do things naturally.
- Since your hands are actually sweaty, or rather clammy, it's a classic sign of nervousness. Yours is a bit more than most average person.
- Exercise: this is critical. I don't care what kind of exercises you've done, but think about the kind of quality exercise you need. Most critical is pelvic type exercises. Hip abduction exercises come to mind. Pelvic tilt and raises is second. Back, specifically lumbar, strengthening is essential. Lunges and leg resistant exercises to engage your quads, thighs, and glutes. The Bulgarian split squats are great for you.
- Endurance fitness: this is not just exercise, but blood pressure normalization. No, it's not running to stress your heart. No, it's not just weight training to strengthen your muscles. It's actually low impact and high resistant routines, just like your your penis. Think of walking but in an elevated fashion. Over where we live, we call it Stairmaster training. Other parts of the world, it's climbing. For humor purposes, I simply grab my wife, let her does her cowgirl style while I support her around my waist lifting her off the ground.
- Keep your sugar level normalize: don't let it drop. No crazy fad diets.
- Keep your system hydrated: with a hint of salt or hydration packs. Don't use full hydration pack, but just 10% of it daily. On hot days, half to full recommended electrolytes load.
- Dietary intake: good food with magnesium content. If not, be mindful of magnesium supplement in the form of magnesium citrate, glycinate or malate.
- Breath deep and keep your body oxyganated: relax, do yoga, or just find way to maximize your oxygen level in your system. My recommendation is to get an O2 sensor for your cardial monitoring. Keep your oxygen level as elevated as possible through good old breathing exercises. If you can't maintain O2 level a good steady level, evaluate the reason why.
Thank you brother.Dude I am one with mental issues too. Just fix your cortisol and you will feel better. If you don't want meds go for ashwagandha shoden 2x120mg and in 14 days you will see the difference
Simple ashwagandha is not for us who have serious problems.Thank you brother.
I will order that. For now i have ashwagandha of Solgar that i started taking.
How long do you take it already?
Yeah i don't like permanent meds.. i only take diazepam per need.
Classic example of high moisture environment inflammatory response. This is why I use bathroom tissues and change it out every 2 hours when I use any vacuum ADS. A nice layer of hydrocortisone while pumping helps as well. It will be stripped off by either the tissue or the contact with the vacuum cap but that's okay. Add more on. Use the 0.5% hydrocortisone instead of 1% or 2%. For now, allow it to heal naturally first.Yeah

This is a really personal choice thing. The mentality behind clamping first is to expand the tissues as much as possible before pumping. Something like a lazy man's approach to SSJ before pumping. Constricted clamp and forget about it for the next 10 minutes or so, then pump. This is how people suffer sudden bouts of thrombosis or can't figure why they have strange chest, legs, arms, or head pains. Well, ever heard of blood clots? All because of constricted clamping.@oldandlively can you explain to me why many people do pumping after clamping? I mean, isnt clamping enough for the results?
Today i have really teribble day.
I ate the same. Worked the same. But all my brain feels upside down. I feel strong stress inside my body like my chest is full with extra air that can't be released. And yet my blood pressure is beyond good, my heart rate is calm (66). But i feel bad. Dizzy. I can't even work out. I tried to just do some walking, jumping.. i feel too stress to handle any workout.
The only thing i did diffrently was to see half episode of new Thriller series last night... yes you probably say how that has to do with anything? I don't understand either. I only know for many many years as soon as i start watch some Thriller series/movie i get bad anxiety or stress the next day/s... not sure if this is the reason this time as well but it's very consistent and tested 50 times. (Why i do that to myself? Super bored and hope for the best)
In any case, it's not super related here but just felt like sharing following our conversation.
My body is a mystery..
This is low blood circulation during rest phases from the extremities where your blood is pulled to the critical areas of your body, your organs. You may have felt a bit chilled around your toes and fingers more than your crotch and forehead. Even the back of your neck may feel colder than your chest even when you sleep on the pill in your back. Very common phenomenon for your current type of physiological conditions. Since it's cold there now, dress warmly, but more importantly, keep your feet and hands warm while sleeping and resting. Less stresses for the body to worry about if other parts are kept warm for it to spend less work to keep the remaining body warm. Kriskros suggested the supplement. Give it a trial run for 60 days. Observe the improvement and log it. This includes temperature fluctuation if any. Mood swings especially as your body is adapting to new supplements.P.s in last days i noticed by accident that my temperature under my toungh is lower than it should be...
It can be as low as 35.3 just waking up at 8:00, and range around 36.0-37.0 mostly through the day. Higher after meals, HOT tea, or HOT shower. I already asked for thyroid blood test. Altough it's super super cold right now where i live.

This is manic depression episodes. It comes, it goes, and it can linger like a phantom. Those with PTSD or ADHD (my wife) has this weird phenomenal episode. When that happens, I just come by her, tell her to turn around, and I slap her butt sexually to increase her dopamine level to counter the cortisol level. It works pretty well. If it doesn't get her out of that funk, I strip her, and go to town with her. 10 minutes later, she bounces around like a bunny. So, @kriskros is correct to say to control that cortisol level.
Nope. It's not a mystery. It's explainable. My wife doesn't like thrillers either. It keeps her up all night, or they trigger her endorphin and cortisol levels all over the place. In your case, your cortisol spiked, and accumulated. She would take magnesium, Vit D3, and melatonin, after a 30 minutes funfest on the bed. In your case, a 30 minutes of resistant exercise.
