Please advice - routine and progress

P.s are you aware of issue with receiving update mail alerts to gmail or in general? I stopped receiving emails couple of days before the site went down for the first time.. and still don't get them.. its annoying

Yes. GMail is the only one that cause trouble due to the security clearance. Every other email servers will accept our emails accept for Gmail. We're working in authenticating with Gmail at the moment as a bulk email server. Getting GMail to accept us without jumping through hoops is quite annoying. 7 days and still counting.
 
Using an extender 60min a day for a week and a half now with increased weight and some of it bundled and ads rest of the day on low traction for length.
Was able to measure 19.0 bpel couple of times recently. I hope its real gains.

For girth i added kind of soft clamping to my routine for the past sessions. Not really sure the exact rules here. I mainly put toe shields (2-5 usually) folded on top of each other at the base after i gave erection and i edge a bit to keep it from turning flaccid. I also put cap protector on my glans to create some pressure from both sides.
Sometime i play with rings. Sometime i do that outside of my central excercise like i have morning wood... take advantage of that and put it on. And of and on.

Today most engorged measured while semi erect was 13.2cm under this "clamping" (my eg is 11.5).
To be clear i dont think that this engorgement is bigger than while doing ssj (i can't measure while i do ssj).
I think the only benefit it might havr is the constant grip that is easier here than with hands that i lose erection more easily. But definately dont think its better.

Today i had quick weird pain in 9inhg. Immedietly released pressure and went to lower force.

Overall it was intense i guess as in next pumps i felt dull pain at 5inhg. And at the end of the session my penis felt exhusted.
In any case the expansion after was nothing special. Seems like 12.3-4.

This is going one step extreme, but if you are ready for it.

This is using bundled method, applying warm heat while you are doing the stretch. However, you are going to hold in a twist and hold for a period of time. Example;

If you are doing a length routine for 60 minutes, spend 10 minutes to do what you need to do with warm up stretches.

You will then spend 20 minutes with your penis rotated to one direction as much as you can. Make notes of how many degrees of rotation that is. Apply traction force in a dynamic level every 5 minutes, either be 5lbs, 7lbs, or even 8lbs. The traction force must change. Make a note when you change the traction force and for how long. The stretch can be BTC, downwards, or at some downward angle.

The next 20 minutes, rotate the opposite direction, and mirror the previous exercises.

Spend the last 5 to 10 minutes to do a straightening session without any rotations. Keep the penis straight while you tug and pull the penis between 4lbs and 8lbs of traction force.

Whenever you can, apply as much heat as you can. Heat should be at your core temperature or 4F to 6F higher. 102F is good. 110F is perfect. Keep an eye out on your skin reactions to heat application.

We are pushing your tissues to reach malleability level and maintain pliability. Your tunica will be screaming.

I actually already apply totalman infra red heat wrap but im not sure my tissues reaching optimal temprature..

Measure the surface temperature after 5, 10, and 15 minutes while you are resting. 5 minutes only warm down to 4mm, 10 minutes tend to warm down to 7mm. 15 minutes is normally the perfect time to measure the surface temperature to predict the internal tissue temperature for the entire penis. That temperature going past 105F is critical.

Commonly soft clamping, or restrictive blood flow, not to be confused with the crazy constrictive devices that stop all blood flow, does help to "inflate" or "retain" the blood pressures to help with pumping. But for those brothers that don't have problem with erections, don't try this method. You will over pressurize your penis in no time.

congratulations on that increase! The reason you are seeing this unevenness is due to the soft clamping. As I said there is no safe way to clamp. What is Pomegranate juice doing for you?

I tried it today..
I don't know if that was because it should have been my day off or not but it was burning as HELL :) i did twist and a half+ and i barely suffered 4lb.. ended up doing barely 10min each side and 10 stright and i done.
Weirdly enough my pre bpfsl measurement was 20.7 while post bpfsl i was barely able to reach that. Im pretty new to these measurements and i think many deviations can occur by different things. But if its correct i wonder if that was a sign for over stress.

As for the heat i don't have equipment to measure. Can i do that with the thermometer you use when u have a fever?

Regarding the soft clamping i understand you don't approve. To be honest im scared of it myself and always trying to be very attentive to the feelings and be careful. I guess i reached a point where i feel i have to up my game to gain :-/ but with that not to go wild..

P.s the picture i uploaded was not fully erect (maybe 60-70%) i don't do such restrain fully erect.

Sometime i think maybe it would be easier to just inject some filers and done with that. But i assume that would mean the end of PE (no more length either) and also i don't believe it's like the real growth of tissues, but more of appearance..

Looks like you're under intense stress load there. Work smart, and it ends up with the bonus of it also works hard on you.

No worries. Just measure the same method over and over again and don't deviate. After a routine, it's commonly for the penis to generate a bit of a tug back when a new routine applies. Keep at it for a week and report back as the penis has more chance to adopt the new routine.

Yes you can. You ca place the thermometer underneath the fold of the penis, between the scrotal sac and the underside of the penis. That's fine too. A surface IR thermometer is better, but whatever you have available.

I don't condone hard clamping, but soft clamping, such as a proper sized penis ring or silicone sleeve, I have no issue with that since I use them myself during pumping (such a donut with a smaller silicone ring built in). But a full device designed to cut off blood completely, that's is trouble waiting for you at the door. But do monitor your penis like a predator waiting for a prey when you are using any restrictive implements. The chance of things go wrong is not ZERO.

Yeah. How many bad story do you hear about synthetically added fillers that gone bad..real bad. Natural filler using your own PRP is only temporary, and it can be quite costly after a period of time. However, it doesn't solve the rest of the other issues. Unfortunately, like it or not, PE is literally is for life as you age. Your penile health depends on your intervention to keep it functional. Just like every part of your body, you neglect it, it depreciates and heading toward atrophy.

Great, i will check the heat on my next session or just dedicated testing tomorrow. I read someone on another PE forum who was inserting some thermometer inside his urthea to validate he is on the right spot. 😅🫣

Come now, be humble. The sources are meant to proliferate. Data is being shared among the brothers from all areas and various forums. It takes many ingredients to make a meal, and it will take quite a few resources to advance PE into the next golden era.
 
Ive been humble for long enough. I agree with sharing of information but when they steal our products and exercises with no credit pisses me off.
