Yes. GMail is the only one that cause trouble due to the security clearance. Every other email servers will accept our emails accept for Gmail. We're working in authenticating with Gmail at the moment as a bulk email server. Getting GMail to accept us without jumping through hoops is quite annoying. 7 days and still counting.P.s are you aware of issue with receiving update mail alerts to gmail or in general? I stopped receiving emails couple of days before the site went down for the first time.. and still don't get them.. its annoying

This dick really plays trick on me or i just pretty bad with taking measures.
I keep with the extender 1 hour a day at around 7lb mostly. Going less and more of 7 during the session. Some time with bundles some without. And introduced erect/semi erect manual streching as DLD suggested. ADS for all day.
No gains at the girth as well hence i was adding some more time(takes me 90mins in bathroom every time), pressure, and frequency as well.. really hope to see something good soon.

This is using bundled method, applying warm heat while you are doing the stretch. However, you are going to hold in a twist and hold for a period of time. Example;
If you are doing a length routine for 60 minutes, spend 10 minutes to do what you need to do with warm up stretches.
You will then spend 20 minutes with your penis rotated to one direction as much as you can. Make notes of how many degrees of rotation that is. Apply traction force in a dynamic level every 5 minutes, either be 5lbs, 7lbs, or even 8lbs. The traction force must change. Make a note when you change the traction force and for how long. The stretch can be BTC, downwards, or at some downward angle.
The next 20 minutes, rotate the opposite direction, and mirror the previous exercises.
Spend the last 5 to 10 minutes to do a straightening session without any rotations. Keep the penis straight while you tug and pull the penis between 4lbs and 8lbs of traction force.
Whenever you can, apply as much heat as you can. Heat should be at your core temperature or 4F to 6F higher. 102F is good. 110F is perfect. Keep an eye out on your skin reactions to heat application.
We are pushing your tissues to reach malleability level and maintain pliability. Your tunica will be screaming.
Measure the surface temperature after 5, 10, and 15 minutes while you are resting. 5 minutes only warm down to 4mm, 10 minutes tend to warm down to 7mm. 15 minutes is normally the perfect time to measure the surface temperature to predict the internal tissue temperature for the entire penis. That temperature going past 105F is critical.Will do from my next session.
I actually already apply totalman infra red heat wrap but im not sure my tissues reaching optimal temprature..

Today srt 553 session was good.
Im doing 5min warm up pump.
10 minutes (seperated to 2x5) of both ssj and soft clamping. And 5 min pump again x3.
I notice as i work harder on the clamp etc i can reach lower inhg in pump.
I also put infra wrap while i was clamping.
The max engorged with clamp was 13.0 (not new). But the post session eg was 12.6 which is a new high for me.
I drink pomegranate juice in the middle of the session (usually drink before) but i doubt how much impact it actually had.
In pic my D tied up post session for 7min.
Thanks man.Excellent this is the way to go with girth as there is no better exercise than the 5x5x5. The soft wrapping may be the reason you are seeing this. Clamping is a very dangerous place to be. I would substitute soft clamping for the LengthMaster. The LM is the fastest way and safest way to gain length.
congratulations on that increase! The reason you are seeing this unevenness is due to the soft clamping. As I said there is no safe way to clamp. What is Pomegranate juice doing for you?

I tried it today..
I don't know if that was because it should have been my day off or not but it was burning as HELLi did twist and a half+ and i barely suffered 4lb.. ended up doing barely 10min each side and 10 stright and i done.
Weirdly enough my pre bpfsl measurement was 20.7 while post bpfsl i was barely able to reach that. Im pretty new to these measurements and i think many deviations can occur by different things. But if its correct i wonder if that was a sign for over stress.
As for the heat i don't have equipment to measure. Can i do that with the thermometer you use when u have a fever?
Regarding the soft clamping i understand you don't approve. To be honest im scared of it myself and always trying to be very attentive to the feelings and be careful. I guess i reached a point where i feel i have to up my game to gain :-/ but with that not to go wild..
P.s the picture i uploaded was not fully erect (maybe 60-70%) i don't do such restrain fully erect.
Sometime i think maybe it would be easier to just inject some filers and done with that. But i assume that would mean the end of PE (no more length either) and also i don't believe it's like the real growth of tissues, but more of appearance..
