No worries on that front brother. It's not about health issues, but hormonal fluctuation. We can crack the code and get you well on your way to strengthening yourself.
Now, on with the questions and answers:
Do you have headaches now and then if you don't get enough fluid for the day?
I almost never have headaches, but there is no day i don't drink at least a liter. Usually more.
Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous?
Heart palpitations can occur to me if i too nervous, like i had a fight with someone, or sometimes with anxiety but not usually.
I am more stressed then average, but i usually don't get to such levels, well i also educated myself not to go there because than i simply get anxiety which leads to anxiety attacks..
- Good. Too nervous is not something new for most people. As long as you can control yourself not to go up to that level most of the times. The problem is that high figh-or-flight blood pressure. Not to worry. Take deep breaths and calm down as fast as you can. Reduce the cortisol level loads.
Do you have odd trembling episodes?
Shaking and feeling bad, dizzy, when not eating on time is very dominant. It doesn't happen to me lately since i eat on time. But when i was working outside, travelling. Etc. It was very common. And it seems like my blood sugar was dropping as well.. hell i even can't fast for more than 15 hours without feeling bad.
- And here it is! You know how to stabilize your blood and glucose level by recognizing it, which is a great thing.
Do you get light dizzy feeling when you are under stress?
Sometimes i do.
- It's related to your low sugar level.
Do you feel like your lips are always dry, or your eyes feel like they have sand in them?
At some level.
- This is manageable. High stress loads cause you to get a bit dehydrated. This is why the questions above.
Do you feel like you have sweaty hands and feel, although they are dry, and even on warm days?
Yes. But sometimes they are in fact sweaty (my palms). This happend to me more when i was younger and while i was excited like with girls.. was really uncomfotrable.
- Since your hands are actually sweaty, or rather clammy, it's a classic sign of nervousness. Yours is a bit more than most average person.
See how my questions are breaking down the major and the minor issues? It's pretty simple. You already done all your tests and they are negative. Your venous leak is surrounding the high flucation of hormones during stressful days, and I can almost guarantee you that your blood sugar also play the part. Doctors will shove pill down your throat the moment they see these kind of diagnoses, but it's quite simple to do things naturally.
- Exercise: this is critical. I don't care what kind of exercises you've done, but think about the kind of quality exercise you need. Most critical is pelvic type exercises. Hip abduction exercises come to mind. Pelvic tilt and raises is second. Back, specifically lumbar, strengthening is essential. Lunges and leg resistant exercises to engage your quads, thighs, and glutes. The Bulgarian split squats are great for you.
- Endurance fitness: this is not just exercise, but blood pressure normalization. No, it's not running to stress your heart. No, it's not just weight training to strengthen your muscles. It's actually low impact and high resistant routines, just like your your penis. Think of walking but in an elevated fashion. Over where we live, we call it Stairmaster training. Other parts of the world, it's climbing. For humor purposes, I simply grab my wife, let her does her cowgirl style while I support her around my waist lifting her off the ground.
- Keep your sugar level normalize: don't let it drop. No crazy fad diets.
- Keep your system hydrated: with a hint of salt or hydration packs. Don't use full hydration pack, but just 10% of it daily. On hot days, half to full recommended electrolytes load.
- Dietary intake: good food with magnesium content. If not, be mindful of magnesium supplement in the form of magnesium citrate, glycinate or malate.
- Breath deep and keep your body oxyganated: relax, do yoga, or just find way to maximize your oxygen level in your system. My recommendation is to get an O2 sensor for your cardial monitoring. Keep your oxygen level as elevated as possible through good old breathing exercises. If you can't maintain O2 level a good steady level, evaluate the reason why.
