Hi dudes...
I think the time has come for us all to get the low-down on what has worked and what has not.
Somewhere or sometime along the way we seem to get stuck and make no further gains, either girth or lenght or both come to a screeching halt.
Around that time we at first go: " WTF ?! Zilch gains in over 2 months, zero, nada, squat, nothing.......why is it ? i must go all out and pull it straight out or my name isn't ______". ( whatever your name might be ). So you go all-out, pull like a mad man, stretch until blood vessels burst, red-spots become Jupiter's storms and BAMMM. You get injured, weaker erections, desensitized penis shaft and or head, start hanging 5000 pounds, get discoloration or worst even, you get FRUSTRATED...That's very bad mates, it'll make many just give the fuck up on NPenis Enlargement.
What i would like you guys to do is:
State how long it took for you to hit the first plateau, what you were doing at the time and what worked to start gaining again.
This is simple dudes, just say what changes you made to the routine, what exercises helped busting the damn plateau or whatever you feel has made a difference.
If this thread is kept alive then it could be a fountain of knowledge that will keep growing until there is enough priceless data in it to make such a difference and help thousands bust they're own plateaus.
Whenever we get to such a plateau we can just come to this thread and see if you find a solution for YOU. Like in a database.
Hope you can "see" the sheer importance of this thread cause if has not yet happened to you then it might happen later on and it certainly has happened to many.
