Here are my progress pictures. The first one was taken on the 21st February 06 and the second was taken one month later on the 21st March 06. I will hopefully be posting one picture every month that coincides with my monthly update on my progress thread.
As you can see in the pictures, I am uncut so it is important to see where the end of the glans is in the pictures and take that measurement. I find this easy to do. They also need to be compared to the measured pictures of the game case. I use the case for measurement simply because it is more comfortable to bone press than a ruler is.
I make the first one 17.1 Cm's.
The second is 17.7 Cm's IMO.
That shows a 0.6 cm gain in BPSFL which is about 0.25". This is give or take but it's easy to see gains in the pictures and in general I can see that I've grown.
For those that haven't followed my progress my routine over the last month has been hanging 5 lbs for an average of 100 minutes per day in 50 minute - 1 hour sets.
All in all I'm over the moon about this because I've been on a plateau for quite a while and recently I've been hanging religiously as you can read in my progress thread. For those that are wondering in the first picture you can see my skin disorder on my arm. It's called psoriasis but it's not usually that bad.
Cheers.
