I have a big Problem.I have Phymose and was today by the doctor.He said: the foreskin must up.Ok. Now i want to know do you have some advise to me because i am very afriad of this.I dont know how it is in england but in Germany its very unpopular.

What is Phymose? Tried to look it up but could not find an English definition. I also do not understand the rest of the question.

Considering your post count I would have thought that you would of got the jist as how to post an intellectual post which MAY just have some help within it.

I have a mild case of that. I put my fingers inside my foreskin and then stretch it out. Over time I think it will go away.

I think it might be possible to stretch it out manually over time. That is what I am doing. I grab it with the two long fingers of both hands on the inside of the hole and just pull steadily. I am seeing it get looser now.

I think that loosening the end of my foreskin has helped with making my penis thicker on the end too.

This guy is talking about phimosis. I have it as well and am trying to stretch it out before I contemplate surgery. Even if I have surgery, I won't have a circumsition, just a couple of slits in the forskin to allow it to easily retract.

Did you get the circumcision already? If not I would suggest you try the steroid cream first.

I think the circumcision will make it easier to stretch though.

After surgery swelling and inflammation is common, that should subside within 48 hours. You probably can't feel it because they used a topical anesthesia.

that is a normal feeling after such a kind of surgery.
I too had a circumcision because of the same problem: phimosis

In German:

Mach dir keinen Kopf deswegen. Ist völlig normal. Warte einfach mal paar tage ab dein Penis muss ja jetzt erst mal in aller ruhe wieder verheilen also der Teil an dem sich die narbe bildet .
Hatte selber mal ne Beschneidung aufgrund einer Phimose.

I had phimosis when I until I was about 12-13 years old. The doctor just told me to try and roll it back a little more every day. I did this for about a year and my dick is okay now.

Your OP should heal well, but it pisses me off that the doctor said you have no alternative. Speedy healing to you dude.

You will have to find out for yourself, everyone is different

Don't worry about it. Your penis has just gone through a very traumatic time. Don't even think of getting an erection because it will hurt really bad. Let us know in a few weeks if your penis looks or is better as phimose has the tendency to put pressure on your penis making it look smaller than it actually is.

That is not true. they are not eliminating length only clipping the skin.
