Phase 2

Hi in phases 2 do I have to do all of the Advanced Stretching Positions:
can somebody tel me the steps to do in order like 1.warm up 2.DLD Blasters 3.

Exactly. Mix it up and do what works for you. You can even separate the length and girth sessions at different times of the day if you want.

i believe for phase 2 you start a whole new routine...you drop the basic stretches and jelqing...i believe phase 2 have a different girth exercise to do jelqing + bends or something...but you do not do both from phase 1 then phase 2
