How is it? what does your set up for over night look like? how did you guys ease into using it all night. Hey man I will try and make this not a bunch of run ons but I'm on a cellphone so here goes.1the most important thing is to replace the condoms with silacone sleeves immediately, not just for comfort but also for maintaining pressure. 2 to train yourself I cannot stress this enough slow and steady your first week no more then 1-2 hours daily then slowing increase it over a month. Now for night time sleeping I suggest wearing just the bell for a few nights no tention to see how you hold up to the pressure for this amount of time and to make sure you do not develop blisters. Finally for my set up, I hook my pf up to the belt that comes with t and I used to just hook the foam ring around my foot but learned that your feet move a lot during the night so now I just hook the foam ring up to the baseboard on my head with a strap I've rigged it so it stays in place and then I hook up to the bell and have astraight downwadd stretch. Can move easily it will take getting use to because you have to sleep on your back but you do when pulling to the sides also plus this way you prevent ring burn and chafing the bottom of your shaft. Again though this is not something to think you can do in your first week or really even in your first month. Safety is everything

I'm only about 2 months in pf usage I completely finished a beginner program jp90 beforetryinf it at all but so far I am measuring a little over 1/2" total gain in el nothing in girth. I would suggest lg hangers sleeves they will costyou 28 US dollars plus like 8 bucks shipping and I know that sounds a little expensive but you can make 2 sleeves for sure maybe 3 out what they send you and they will last you years. I've tried many different sleeves and these are what I prefer out of everything so far. If you pm me all your current stats I can tell you which of their sleeves to purchase also as I have all 3 different sizes and can pretty accurately tell you which you need for your girth. As far as using the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] belt you can esp during the day to pull downward I do this sometimes with a leg stap during the. Ight there are many things to try it's all about finding what works for you.

A few Brothers have been using for overnight stretching with great success. The best way top approach this is using alarms. The first night go for 2 hours and check if things are straight. The next night add another hour and do this until you reach your maximum sleeping time. This will allow you to make adjustments in intensity and position that best suits you.

I like this method the best because your glands fill the whole bell and it gives good grip while also protecting all of your skin on your glands not just the tip. By using this method I saw an increase in tension.

It was hard to sleep with PF for the first few nights. But with time, you will adjust to it. I have mine tension set it to yellow. I would recommend you to start out slow and have a little tension where you can feel a little stretch there. Once you are comfortable in that state then increase the tension. The main point is to key your unit extended and prevent it from turtling.

May be, I know cost is always a factor but customer service is a big deal to me also and lg is s small family owned business in thr states. Marlon and his wife have cut backflips anytime I've asked anything of them. Also 1 good sleeve will last you for years and depending on your size you'll get multiple sleeves from the one the send by cutting. Again I just like to promote products I believe in and know the business stands by and I've had nothing g but good luck and service with them I've used some from ae and also from ab but they did not work the same for me. Everyone is different and perfers different. Hope this helps you out

Awesome thanks for the reply. Patience is the hard part haha but it's all good I have what I need for now was just making sure. A dedicated man can never have to many pe items on hand though and better sleeves are always a plus for so many different applications.

Here's the way I wear it...I take off the belt and connect the loop on the bell to a metal clasp of a six foot dog leash. The hand grip part of the dog leash goes down to the bottom of my bed and then loops around the foot of a stool that is at the foot of our bed. When traveling, I've looped it around the leg of a chair that I move to the end of the bed. You just have to make sure your wife doesn't decide to move the chair while you're hooked up...my wife did that once...it was actually funny when it happened...no harm done!
This type of rig gives you an incredible stretch. Using the LG sleeve or the chinese sleeves from Aliexpress you will not lose suction no matter how you turn. I typically go from my back to one side and then the other. I am guessing that my glans got partially sucked up into the vacuum holes. Not pain, but was a little bit uncomfortable while wearing it. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I have to worry about it getting sucked into the holes more often or is it not really that big of a deal?

Its not a big deal bro. It should go away pretty fast. If it worries you, you could put a peice of medical tape over the top of your glan. Try and make sure its breathable material and that should solve your problem. That happened to me also. No biggie. Alot of folks are fixated on useing the protector cap, but it isnt necessary. It just helps to condition your glan for the pressure. Once it stretchs out you should be conditioned to were you dont really need it..

I still wear mine but I've been seriously considering ditching it and using some tender tape instead. My dick isn't big by any means but my head is a big mushroom type or that's what I call it it's like 1/2 x larger then my dick. When I put the glad protector on it folds the ridge over in a position that isn't uncomfortable but when I take it off it's normally deep purple so i dont know want to ditch it but aranlid of blisters. I'm one of those dudes who is extremely careful when it comes to pe as I'm paranoid.
