Penis enlargement exercises for uncut

Hi all
I'd like to start a routine of penis enlargement exercises but I'm uncut and so far it feels like I'm training my skin rather than my penis
When stretching the skin slides easily and I lose the grip on the penis and with jelq the skin slides over the head of the penis with every jelq move so it takes forever
Anyone else uncut who practice these exercises and got gains?

I'm uncut and I do the exercises just as a cut man would. When you stretch, retract your foreskin and grip under the head. I would recommend you use baby powder for extra grip, as naturally the foreskin covering the head leaves it lubricated.

For jelqing, I never had a problem. The motion should end just before the head of the penis. If you want, try to keep the skin retracted again and see if that helps.

For me even if the motion ends before the head of the penis, when the hand gets there the foreskin has completely slid over the head of the penis so I can't keep jelqing unless I retract the foreskin again at every motion
 
I found that using one of those hair rubber bands, the ones with the soft covering, just above your balls keeps the skin tight and lets you jelq better. Having good lube also helps.
