Ey guys i was very confused on how times your suppose to Penis Enlargement in a week. I heard people Penis Enlargement continuously 7 days a week. Shouldnt you let your penis recover a little. I was mentioned 3 days on Penis Enlargement, rest 1 day, Penis Enlargement 2 days then rest 1 day. Will there be any conflict if i started DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words] in the matter of 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off or should i just Penis Enlargement for 7 days straight and see if that seems to gain better... I always heard to give at least some break to your penis to help it gain better.... DLD could you help me out or suppose can any explain to me what are the pros and cons about 7 days straight Penis Enlargement'ing or 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off Penis Enlargement'ing...

I dont want to just rest if i feel like it cause what if im hampering a perfect routine that DLD created... Is DLD's routine flexible... Will it allow rest days and still gain big as if i were working it out everyday... Wouldnt working out your penis everyday make it overtrain
 
Only answering this thread as no one else seems to. I Penis Enlargement every day sometimes twice a day and I am getting great results from it. Some people reckon that if you train too often or too much then your penis gets used to it so gains become hard to come by so they take periods off called decon breaks. However the penis is not a muscle so I believe it is like a gymnast, a gymnast who stretches everyday will benefit more than someone who does not stretch as often so if you have the time go for it. However I would suggest that the downside to this is sometimes its nice to just be able to relax without having to worry about doing your pe routine.

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

I am pretty obsessive and can't do things by halves. If I was to take a decon break it would be real hard getting back in to it but some people do seem to think they at least work if not are a necessity
 
DLD's right about the habit forming part. The longer I do it the more of a 'routine' it is for me. I only stop if I start to see serious color changes or if my penis feels sore after a workout.

The penis itself is not a muscle. Therefore I do not see a need to take breaks from training. However the PC muscle is a muscle so you should give it rest days. I personally only use Penis Enlargement exercises when doing things like Jelqs and Ulis so I dont give it a rest. But if you are someone who gives your PC muscle and actual routine then I would consider giving it a rest.
 
WOW! SO you are Penis Enlargement'ing for almost four hous every night?! If so, no wonder you gained so much inside three months...

i use to do that 5 on 2 off and so forth. did that shit but barely got gains. def can tell you at least for me, the more the better.
