I started when I was 67. Five years later and I have gained one inch in length and girth. Though I have ED due to diabetes, I have found ways to over come it and enjoy penetrative sex at least five days a week though orgasms are only about once a week. I guess its a case of mind over matter.

Can we face erection problems when we get older even if we still are or were into PE,maybe i could have some answers about this questions Once we get to 9 10 or even bigger,i think exercising once a week can be enough,and that would help us whit erection issues,just a tought came to my mind,A 60 yo man whit a flaccid 11 incher thats not a great think at all.....

Doing the 5x5x3 girth routine once a week is good for a life time maintenance.
