Hi
BTC Killer, what are your gains from surgery? This is going through my head all the time: What does gains from surgery depend on? Is it just luck (how much you will gain) or do doctors have big influence on surgery result. if you insisted to make as much gain as possible, how much do they affect on it?
Then how long did you have to hang
weights just to keep operative gains?
And then you worked (hang
btc) with big intensity without any problems and completed new gains from ligs... Great
Before my surgery I would work out with ridiculous
weights religiously for weeks on end (about 150 weeks). Initially after surgery, I jumped to 12-15 pounds for 3 months, I was really happy, and confident I could get right on the
weights and waste no time. A lot of this was
hanging SD,
BTC and tugging from the base. As the months went by, I started to use erect techniques pulling from below the glans. I dropped the
weight significantly to 8 pounds and got some interesting pops from the base. So now we know that "lig pops" are actually cartilage lining the pubic symphysis and associated displacement of that tissue. From there, I used a winching technique with the MV and a pipe, semi erect and was pulling out some serious penis. I gained 1/4" erect length that weekend. I thank DLD for some of his old posts when he would pull his penis out winching with a pipe. By now the MV was almost permanently attached to my penis, so what else for a better grip, one eye hook in the pipe, attach and twist away.
I appreciate multiple stretching devices, all stretch a little differently than the next. In other words, pulling from the head for multiple hours gives a pretty impressive tunica stretch, but
weight has to be limited because the
weight is distributed across less surface area. The yang,
weights pulling from the base target important anchoring systems, using a
hanger that attaches to the top 1/3 of your penis allows for increased
weight loads because there is more penis surface area taking the load.
Anatomically all penis' are similar. Gains are consistent surgically. X amount of tissue = x amount of increased circumference. Separating the suspensory and fundiform creates x amount of space as explained a post above. A valid increased gain potential goes back to architecture of the penis, the more you have to work with, the more that can be exposed and obviously a larger overall girth gain when considering surface area. Dermal grafting is
consistently in the 1.5" to 2" erect circumference gain. I am continuing to gain length, so I am not going to stop. I am 1 year post-op and I can see more progress potential. Why would you stop? Between training, I do not lose my length, in fact my current flaccid length hangs 1/4" longer than my original nbp erect length. I just enjoy tugging that further and further. Currently I am using 3-6 pounds and pulling primarily from below the glans, and glans. I do not think it's possible for me not to hang, forever. I know I'm bigger this month than I was last month, and that a hard cycle to want to stop.
