And i was thinking that i probably don't do enough pc work, I like the sound of the benifits described, but i simply do not have an hour (nor would i be committed enough to add an extra hour every day to my pe) to do this routine in. Can anybody help me out with some exercises and routines that would have similar effects (prehaps that would also help with length and girth), that wouldn't take up too much of my time but would eventually result in similar effects.
 
pc work aint gonna help with length and girth really, growth wise. You don't sound like you wanna put time and energy into this man. You aint got time is bullshit. a lot of other members aint got time either but still put in work. Any pc work will improve your sex life.
 
I do have time and i do put effort, but quite frankly i have bigger concerns in my life and ultimatly i am not gunna spend over an hour a day doing pe work, i want to increase my size but i don't want it to be the only or one of the main things i do in a day, if that makes sense. That work out takes 1 hour, so add in atleast 30-40 mins for my actual pe work out and you are talking 1hour 40 mins now doing that much each day would seriously demotivate me and i would no doubt give up. I mean i don't expect many people do one hour of pc work, so do you have any tips on other routines of a max of half an hour.
 
if i were you i will just kegel through out the day...start off with the quick ones and then try to hold them for minutes at a time...i myself would not put that much time into just a pc routine but i do feel it is important enough to do..i know being a single parent, having a full-time job, going to school part-time and going to the gym...my time is tight...but i get it in...if this is something you really want...you will find a way...but if it's not really all that important to you...it is going to be easy to let it go...good luck with it
 
Here's the neat thing about kegles, you can do them while driving, riding the bus, subway,train,elevator,escalator. sitting at you desk. So they can fill up time you are board out of you mind. In the words of Nike just do them.
 
A spend about 10 minutes doing a PC exercise, and I don't even have to take my clothes off for it. I'll just go on youtube or something and watch a video that takes up at least that much, and I'll use the timer to count kegal exercises.
 
Yeah, I also just spend around 10 mins on kegels. But I do them erect. Since I started doing them erect, I've noticed that my orgasms have increased in intensity, and I've gained more control of my ejaculation.
 
Hey there ten minutes is fine, i tend to do a few whe i wake up (thats if i dont have to rush of) and then some throughout the day or when i am erect. I fin them easier to do and keep track of when i'm erect too. Are there any other exercises you would recommend?

not true ithiel. a strong pc and doing pc work helps in achieving gains in length and girth.
