During my decon i concentrated alot on feeling all the muscles i could in my pelvic area. I have continued this and have had a few nice revelations.

After normal PC work with a hard on, if i reverse kegel in succession enough with adequate pressure i can actually shoot a nut and suppress any hint of an orgasm. I couldn't agree more. PC muscle work and both types of kegels will teach anyone how to have multiple orgasms, which makes it worth all the effort.

What kind of PC routine are you doing? I'm interested.
 
I vary it by day and soreness in my penis. I swap between these three most of the time

1. 100 quick squeezes. Follow up with 50 5 second squeezes and on the release reverse kegel instead of just relaxing.

2. 50 quick warmups. Edging with the as long as you can squeeze every 50 strokes or so at max erection.

3. DLD's erect ligament pushup followed by pyramid squeezes with reverse kegels every 10th rep.
 
Just accomplished this again last night so here is the rest of the routine following the one above.

Do this in the bathroom probably in the tub or shower in case.

I watch some good adult entertainment in order to keep erect, also every now and again rub the head in order to maintain an erection during the whole process. I begin by doing a reverse kegel and feeling as much pressure as i can at the prostate area as the outward flex hits an apex. Visualization is key at this point. You need to be able to see in your head and feel more pressure in your prostate area. At that point you may begin to feel fluid moving up from inside you and starting to build like an orgasm. This is good. The RK usually lasts 5 to 10 seconds and then a regular kegel follows. I repeat in succession until i actually ejaculate and suppress the orgasm or my PC is too exhausted to continue. At the point of ejaculation you will be pleasantly suprised to maintain a full if not harder erection and able to keep going without any breather.

As with all exercises if done improperly this one could cause a bit of harm. Pressuring enough in your scrotal area and pushing out with too much force could generate a hernia or slight tear, like trying to be an olympian and lift a car up when a phone book is your max.

The key is not to go that far. Know your limits and stay well within them and you will have no issues at all.
