Pc Muscle Fitness

Can someone explain me to how exactly I should do my PC Muscle Fitness exercises. I bought a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] , but there isn't any video about PC muscle Fitness , only text and I can't understand exactly how I must do my PC Muscle Fitness.

A kegel is like you are trying to stop the flow of urine when you are pissing, a reverse kegel is like you are trying to to push the urine out. Towel raises are done by placing a towel over your erect penis and raising it up, letting it back down and repeating as many times as you can.
