Just yesterday I read on another site a guy saying he got a size bump initially which faded back to his original size in a few weeks. Yes, the shaft does gain some girth as the plasma is also injected in 4 points on the shaft. The length comes from the plasma filling up the penis with fluids for about a month preventing turtling.
