The main premise of my
SRT routine is healing in a expanded or elongated position. So this should be done no matter what routine you’re using. After girth work put on a
cock ring to keep your pump around as long as possible, after doing length work keep the elongation around as long as possible using ace, sleeves, light ADS, and other ways to remain elongated for a good amount of time.
as I’ve advised you already I am not a fan of clamping in anyway and I think you can get the growth you desire through the simple 5×5×3 routine I advised.
If you’re pumping for one hour I would work in the
SSJ or the Jelq every 5 to 10 minutes to disperse water retention and any discoloration that may have appeared. Pumping for a straight hour is going to cause discoloration and massive fluid retention
