Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

I have been against clamping since day one. There are many men who have gained doing this but in most cases they end up with extreme discoloration and thrombosis. There are exceptions to the rule of coarse but I’m going by all the cases I have heard over the years. Take a look at some of the people who have planned to make gains and check the pigment on their penis. At that point you can make your decision.
I`ve seen some cases, but pumping has actually given me some discoloration changes, which isn`t a big deal for me. I`ve read alot about clamping and have done it for a long time so I know how to do it without damaging my penis. I think clamping is perfectly safe if done correctly.

1. Do you believe that keeping the penis expanded for as long as possible is the key to growth too? I`ve read alot on the forums here and some big gainers think so.

2. I just wonder if I did light pumping every day instead of intense pumping and clamping every other day would give results faster.

3. Now that I'm going to start with 1 hour pumping before clamping, Im uncertain of what pressures to use, maybe mid to high pressure for the full hour, I'm not sure, maybe light-medium the 10,20 or 30 min and then high the remaining 30 min, I'm not sure... Any ideas on this?

The main premise of my SRT routine is healing in a expanded or elongated position. So this should be done no matter what routine you’re using. After girth work put on a cock ring to keep your pump around as long as possible, after doing length work keep the elongation around as long as possible using ace, sleeves, light ADS, and other ways to remain elongated for a good amount of time.

So I`m going to give 1 hour pumping a try.

I do however take 10-20 seconds of rest every 5 min by just releasing the pressure in the bathmate, which prevents blisters and give my penis a little break.

I forgot to say that Big Girtha has permanently gained 2 inches, not temporary gains or fluid retention, but actually 2 real inches. He`s a legend over at thundersplace, and no he has no photos of himself, he`s been on PE forums and doing PE for many many years.

Im gonna try something today, to wear a tight cockring for 6 hours and see what happens, Im willing to try it out and have 4 hours and 20 min left. Ive read some on priapism and will see how it goes!

Im attempting controlled priapism, but need to know if my penis has to be rock hard, 100% erect during the hours of doing it?

I still haven't stopped yet, wanted to go longer. I'm uncertain if I've done this correctly because I'm uncertain Wether I need to have a 100% hard erection all the time or if semi engorged or 50 or 70% erection is also considered priapism.

Wearing the cockrings are painful after a while and I have to constantly put on more oil and adjust the rings all the time.

I would think that it would be virtually impossible to keep a 100% erection without the aid of a vasodilator. I think if you can stay semi engorged you are in good shape.

Without picture proof you cannot say that someone has truly made these gains. If the gains were made there would be proof of it especially 2 inches of girth. When I hit 10 1/2 inches I want the whole world to see! I went in magazines and all news shows to show and prove what I accomplished. Today I no longer do pictures but back in the day I backed up every claim. I’m not saying that this person is full of shit I’m just saying this is the Internet and without proof you can’t see any things 100%.

I really want you to try the 5×5×3 in SRT to where you’ll see pure tissue growth and expansion and very little water retention. And if you gain 2 inches in girth I hope you post pictures! I will help you get there but I’m sure when you were there you’ll wanna show the whole world!
 
I tried this for a while and I hope you can continue where I left off. It was very difficult for me to do so but I was trying to get six to eight hours in every night. Eventually I just didn’t have it in me to continue so I’m so happy you’re going to give it a shot. Please come back with any and all changes your experience.

Though I do have an idea, and that is that I should try to do a session the day after while i`m still expanded from the other session, to see how this would go. I normally do sessions every other day, but maybe I should try wearing a tight cockring again after my session and do my next session the day after while I still have my expansion, instead of waiting til the expansion is gone.

You may just need to add more time or intensity to what you’re doing. It sounds like you’re healing correctly so I would put more focus on the training. You may want to reevaluate the routine and add to it or replace things to make it more intense. Never feel discouraged when you try something and it doesn’t work, in this artform it always works but sometimes we need to find our own personal method.

Yeah I`m in the process of thinking. But I have to mention that my stunt of wearing a tight cockring for 10 hours+ affected my sessions all week, all my following sessions I had a weaker erection and had much less expansion, so this is not good. Maybe I should only do 4 hours next time, or 3 with a tight cockring, then a looser one after this

In SRT I recommend no longer than three hours. Go three hours and see how that feels and see if it brings back good EQ. You don’t need a ton of time to heal in girth a good 2 to 3 hours is plenty.

I`m posting this visual for myself and you too, so that I can reference and have this saved here aswell. I`m on the left, 7.5 length and 5.5 girth and right is my goal, 8 length and 7.5 girth. So 0.5 length and 2 inch girth is what i need to grow in total to reach my dream.

Im gonna start with affirmations, law of attraction and drill it into my subconscious my end goal. I know you pray but I'm gonna see how I can grow my penis with affirmations aswell and see if it works.

Yes indeed! I love having the abillity to see myself compared to my goal. I`ve got to ask, are you one of those that fully agree with "never letting the penis turtle", to make it grow? Never waiting until the penis is back to the normal size for the next session? But always doing the next session while there is still expansion from the previous workout?

Btw, I just got my second testosterone injection a few days ago!

Of course that’s what I believe that’s the whole premise of SRT. We should never allow ourselves to turtle. We should always be looking for a moderate way to keep you long gated. People need to understand the SRT is not just about gaining it is also about healing. When healing and gaining are combined the results are far better.

Thank you for clarifying! I`m going to try soon to do my sessions so that I always have some expansion left from my previous workout, never letting my penis to shrink back to its normal size.

I`m planning on doing my sessions approx every 12 hours, so it will be interesting to see what will come out of this, I'll update you on what happens. Maybe never letting the penis go back to its original size after sessions is the secret to growth, time will show.

:) I will just have to do my sessions with light to medium pressure, so that I won`t exhaust the penis, ending in me having to take a long break.

Eventually your pelvic floor muscles will become strong enough that this will not be such an issue but I’m glad you took my advice.

Have a good 30 and 30 this way you have more contact which will increase the speed of healing and gaining.

You’re doing a session twice a day correct? So I’m asking you’re doing 30 minutes and 30 minutes?

There is no limit to stretch you can go all day long if you want. So I would not worry about being a newbie been working too much in this area. When I first started out I spent like three hours a day stretching. It’s up to you and the way you feel about your own body, so pay attention. If you need any other help please just ask me.
