There is no limit to stretch you can go all day long if you want. So I would not worry about being a newbie been working too much in this area. When I first started out I spent like three hours a day stretching. It’s up to you and the way you feel about your own body, so pay attention. If you need any other help please just ask me.

Mmm well we want gains but what is an obsession as term?The control of one's thought by a continuous, powerful idea or feeling,or the idea or feeling itself...

I've bee thinking about it an will start with 1 hour every 12 hours instead of 30 min

I will do my best to do so! I just hope the plastic deformation thing is true!

It was one of my biggest studies so believe me I put the time, work and effort into making sure my knowledge on the Tunica was correct. When something only has 5% elasticity when it’s stretched it will never go back with the original size because of the lack of elasticity. Since it’s 95% dense It makes it impossible to go back to its original size.

I`m a newbie and I`ve been thinking. Is it possible that If I take no days off, no matter how fatigued my penis will be and no matter that I wont be able to achieve erections at all, would this force growth in big amounts?

I mean, I hope this wouldn't destroy or kill my penis, I`ve never done this but have just thought about it conceptually.

So if I were to ignore my eventually fatigued penis and lost abillity to get an erection, and just keep going and going, do you think this would result in massive growth or just a destroyed penis?

BTW, I only do clamping and pumping. My goal is 2 inches more in girth and 1 in length. I wont do length work becasue I know it`ll come from the bathmate naturally.

I never stop training. I hang every day, manual stretch and wear a TLC weighted foreskin device all day. Any chance I get I do manual stretches in the car. At night I always get on the desktop and play a game or watch TV and hang.

Now all I need to figure out how long it takes before plastic deformation happens, its not a week, becasue Ive done my routine now for a week and no growth has happened yet, so maybe a month or so? Do you know anything about how long it takes to get to plastic deformation, (permanent growth) ?

I wrote an article on this a few years back that I will try to find but it explains elasticity and tissue deformation and how this all affects PE. I’ll see if I can dig it up if I can remember what it was called. It’s an awesome article so I’ll go search right now.

Must’ve been on the original PE forms that is now gone. That’s sad because I put a lot of work into that article but I did write it 15 years ago.

Thats a long time ago, such a shame its gone after all your hard work. I think I just have to do as you`ve told me before, doing a routine for 60 days, and at the end if theres no results, move on to another one.

I was just saying the same thing to my friend. A lot of work went into it and it was based on plants especially the corn stock. If I can’t find it I need to be inspired to write it again. It was just such a in-depth article so much research.

Corn stock? Thats interesting, I didn`t know it could be compared to the human penis. Yeah if you do one day want to write it again, I`m sure you`ll remember more than you think.

I`m here to update, in 2 days I`ve been doing sessions every 12 hours for 2 weeks, and have not seen any growth, so as of yet, plastic deformation does not happen in 2 weeks, so perhaps it will happen after a month, I don`t know yet, but will continue on this routine until I see results, or not.

Yeah, a month is a good idea! Yes, I`m a very impatient person, so I will keep that in mind!

Do you know if being In a calorie deficit and or not getting enough nutrients and vitamins will slow your gains?

No, I was on through every possible scenario of diet and exercise from doing nothing and eating complete junk to working out and eating extremely good. I’ve been rich I’ve been poor so I know how to eat either way. Nothing diet-wise or exercise-wise has ever said or slow down my gains.

What I can say that his actual fax for me is when I did have a good diet and exercise routine and I lost a great deal of weight I had much more visual penis showing. So you can lose weight around the pubic area and it will look like your penis is bigger.

If you’re in good shape you don’t need to worry about anything. But if you are overweight and want to increase the size of your penis I highly recommend losing weight while training PE. This way you get the growth factor and the visual factor.

Im so happy to know that diet has no effect on penis growth! I fast alot and want to go even longer, like 2 weeks or more without food but only water. No Im not overweight so no issues there, I look like a underwear model so I`m good. I have been afraid of doing longer fasts but now im not anymore! Thank you so much for sharing your experiences DLD!

I didn’t wanna really say that but it’s the truth so I’m not gonna lie. Nothing has ever affected my growth when it comes to diet with the exception of visual growth when I lose weight.

I just got an injury from pumping, too much pressure, and im freaking the fuck out and almost crying. Ive gotten blisters before, but not like this morbid blister from hell... shit.. This is going to take a week to go away or more. I was just about to meet a girl too that I truly like, and now this?! Fuck I wanna kill myself right now, im on the edge of crying becasue of this injury, and becasue I now have to wait weeks instead to meet her and start all over again with PE...........

If im lucky i can still clamp instead of pumping.
 
Shit sorry to hear that pal, never had one in my life so can't comment, all I can say is don't train whilst like that and don't pop it or ought, just be careful on pumping pressure and time spent, does take some getting used to before you can up the anti

I’m not sure if you know about the 5×5×3 found in SRT, Using this routine you will never ever ever have an issue like this again. I know it’s tempting to try to squeeze it or pop it, Do not do this! What you can do is use a hot washcloth with a little bit of compression 2 to 3 times a day. Keep some bacitracin handy for when it does drain and that will help you heal up much quicker. When you get back to work let me work with you on your pumping routine so we can make things safe and productive.
