This is my new routine that I'm going to have to employ as I'm finding it more and more difficult to fit my full routine in on a daily basis. I'm going to return to a routine that features a girth day and a length day, with small amounts of stretching on the girth day and small amounts of girth work on the length day. Here's the routine:
Girth Days:
--Warm Up
--5 Minutes of Dry Jelqs
--15 Minute Cable Clamp consisting of Squeezes (base and head) and Erect Bends
--5 minutes of Dry Jelqs
--15 Minute Cable Clamp (same as above)
--5 minutes of Dry Jelqs
--10-15 minutes of Tunica Stretches consisting of V-stretches, Bundled V-stretches, and upwards stretching
--5 minutes of Dry Jelqs
--15 Minute Cable Clamp (same as above)
--5 Minutes of Dry Jelqs
--Warm Down
Length Days:
--Warm Up
--30-40 Minutes of Lig Stretching consisting of Blasters, Bundled Blasters, Squat Stretches, and SWM's Lig Stretch
--10-20 Minutes of Girth Work consisting of Jelqs, Ulis, and Redz' "The Presser"
--Warm Down
Hopefully this routine here will manage to allow me to make some substantial gains...Just from looking at it in writing i'd imagine that it should prove to be effective. Wish me luck.
