Hey All.

I've been going at it for about a month, and all I've pretty much been seeing is temporary flaccid gains.

Basically right after the stretch or hang, then it goes back to its general length. Lately it has been getting a bit longer during the hanging, and stretching though. Just to go back to its normal size within a few minutes.

Right after the exercises it can be up to an inch longer then it usually is flaccid, but then goes back to normal within a bit of time.

Is this a sign for eventual gains? or am I doing something wrong?

Whats your workout?
Whats your stats?
Flaccid lenght and girth. And stretched bonepressed lenght
Erect lebght and girth? And erect bonepressured?

Get these thing writin down first. Most people experience their results in flaccid stretch bonepressured lenght first and then on the other places after some time. So by monitoring your stats you will have a change to see if your actually getting results.
 
Length gains usually manifest themselves in bone-pressed, flaccid-stretched before erect bone-pressed, this is how the process works. It sounds like you are doing the right thing but if you could let us in on your routine and starting size we can help a bit more. Pretty much the only exercises I do are Kettle bell hang (20 Pounds), and the DLD blaster Sock variation.

I do them pretty much any free opportunity I have throughout the day for roughly a minute. Kettle bell hang can go on first a bit longer.

I would have Put my Measurements up sooner but took me a bit to find out the sites slingo, (My own word, Slang + Lingo).

BPenis EnlargementL 7 inches
NBPenis EnlargementL 6.90 inches

BPFL 4.60
NBPFL 4.25

Flaccid stretch 7 inches. This isn't right after stretching. Right after stretching my flaccid lengths are an inch more.

try working up to a 20 minute set of hanging kettle bells
u might also wanna try BTC stretches...u looking for length or girth?

its very early into this for u so don't get discouraged man.
Ididn t see significant gains until in my fourth month.

I now have gains of 1 1/4" in erect length and 0.5 to 1" in girth at the base in 9 months!

Im just about to buy a 30 pound kettle bell too. Should be fun.
 
You can also just buy a 10 lb weight and strap or duct tape it to the bottom of ur existing kettle bell...thats what i am going to do.
I just gained 1/4" in erect length and my base is thicker from 4 weeks of these!!

when u get ur 30 later you can add a plate to the bottom

yes 1/4" in four weeks but if u ve been following
I do 20 minutes twice a day and at least 20 minutes of erect wet jelqing

I was only doing the jelqing for better EQ and blood flow but there is a thread lately that says guys are gainuing from jelqing alone .

My jelqing is done at 90 to 100 percent erect!

So yeah ,I think ur on the right track ...just increase the amount of time u r doing it !

when u gonna measure next ?

how long do you think it takes for bone pressed flaccid gains take to to become erect lenghth gains?
i have 1.25 gain in bpfl
 
I too have BPFL gains too and I'm curious of the response for what may be a reasonable and estimated time since this isn't an exact science or it is but, not enough data has been collected to show averages at this time.
 
BPenis EnlargementL will always have a deficit of FSBP, usually about 1/2 - 1". This is always relative to your gains so your objective is to constantly convert these gains. For me, the fastest way to cement is erect stretching. Try to get a set of erect stretches after your length routine. 5-10 minutes will suffice.

Could someone recommend some simple erect stretches?

That is it, very simple, stretch your penis while it is erect. Start with 10, 30 second stretches.
 
It has a very strange sensation but it feels good. Just practice it and go slow. I think gains come faster using these stretches.
 
Had 2 days of what I thought was no progress, or ineffective training.

Today though my length after stretches was about .25 longer than usual. Future gains? =D

Future gains? If you can measure it, it is real!

As a newbie, you will see little gains after 30 days of training. But do not bank on that. It's best to wait for at least 3 months before looking out for gains. Train consistently for 3 months before measuring. If you do it this way, you will see gains at the end of the 3rd month.
