So my erect length is just over 6 inches, I know compared to a lot of you guys that's pretty small but I'm happy with it.

The problem I have is flaccid length. It changes from being an OK 3.5 inches to a tiny 1.5 inches that doesn't even hang properly, but sort of pokes horizontally and it's getting me down quite a lot.

So I've finally joined after a lot of lurking to ask for advice.

I'm after flaccid gains without using equipment and predominately flaccid length.

..when I came to this forum, I had an inch less than you have now, and now I'm at 7" (plus 1.5" more girth) so I can tell you all about how flaccid goes in proportion to erect size, or basically the mass of penis you are packing.

To do without using equipment is a bitch in this case as if you look around the forum then best for flaccid gains is extending.

My non-cold : ) flaccid is just under 4". As we all know this alters if you have any form of sufficient arousal to take you to a chub - in which case it can be anything up to 4.5" without it looking like it's heading for an erection.

Similarly when exposed to overly cold air or water, or physical trauma, the penis and balls retract and then you see a lot less than its true flaccid hang.
That is how it is meant to react, at that point it can be like 2".
Even further when you 'scare' the penis due to overly forceful stretching and strain it can go thin too. I'll never get how guys go apeshit with the stretching and then don't get concerned about the side-effect it can have for days :)

Conclusion:
flaccid hang is around half to half+1" the max erect length (NotBonePressed).

the certain way to increase flaccid size is to increase the mass of the penis: max erect length and girth

though if you are cash-rich and short on time, then you can skip extending and go for the std. penis operation - yes surgery - for around 5K doctors aim to give you 1"+ of extra hang, though it may compromise the erect angle of your hard-on somewhat as they open up the skin above the penis and the ligaments that support it to achieve this. This has no effect on functional erect length.

Like Owmaballs said extending and stretching. Also google a guy "guynextdoor" or "the guy next door" he has a very nice blog. He went from 1,5 flaccid to 5 in two years. I´d say he´s a guy you wanna keep close/get in touch with:cool:
