If Im only, or mostly looking to gain length, can I do without the girth work or a different girth exercise aside from jelqs? Jelqs are problematic for me and if I can get my length without jelqing, I probably will.

BUT, if jelqs help considerably, I'll just suffer through it if need be, I just need to know if jelqs can really help the length process.
 
When I do directional jelqing it gives me a nice stretch and flaccid jelqs too. You don't have to give up jelqing. Just look at my progress thread see how much length I gained.

As far as prohibiting length gains, there has been theory after theory, speculation after speculation about if Jelqing is better for length or girth. In all honesty, I see it as an all around exercise. The blood you force into the penis brings better expansion making room for girth gains and the tearing of the tissue when you stretch then you intill blood into those torn tissues to help it grow longer and stronger for length. For length, I'd suggest Jelqing at a lower erection level, and for girth at a higher erection level doing Kegels to get even more blood into each "milk."
