Guys I want to hear your views on numbness
It seems something many of you are familiar with it, but haven't seen it discussed at length, no pun intended.
I have been using a stretcher, a good one, for 3 months with GOOD results with includes small size gains and amazing EQ. I was very glad I tried it, until a week ago. Somehow, I got used to putting it for 60 min with no issues but last time, when I took my noodle out, it was completely numb. I got dead scared and I put it under warm water, which help a lot circulation. After the numb feeling started to fade away but I felt there is something very tiny that did not go away. I tried after a week to stretch, not even 30 minutes after did I start to get numbness. This time I am taking it out for good, unless I get reassurance from you guys that the occasional numbness is not a disaster. I now still feel some numbness and it is very distressing. wishing I never did this, that I was more careful, but I was very careful throughout.
Did you guys experience occasional numbness that went away ? Is this a dangerous sign ? In other words, would you completely avoid stretching if there is a risk of 5 minute numbness before I realize.
You answers would be very useful. I hope to hear your experiences. Thanks
