Numbness of Penis After Basic Stretching Routine

Hi, everyone. I am new to pe'ing and I was doing dld stretches as I desire a big more length to my penis. I have noticed that my penis is numb a week after my last stretching session. I think I pulled too hard on the downward and behind the check stretch. I am getting paranoid and I am wondering if my sensitivity will come back. I have tried splashing warm and cold water on my penis head and I barely feel anything. Is it possible that I damaged a nerve? Sensation loss = nerve damage?? I still feel sore from my penis head down to my anus. Should I wait a few more weeks to see if it regains sensitivity. Any help would be appreciated?

You may have strained a ligament and this would cause some soreness and numbness along the daft and at the base. Take another few days off from active PE. In the meantime you can practice deep tissue massage and hot wraps to help the injury repair itself. Have no fear, this is a temporary issue and will get better.

Thank you for the quick reply. Would a strained ligament also cause numbness/lack of sensitivity of the penis head itself? How can one tell that nerves are not involved? I can still get an erection and I do feel sensitive along the shaft, but the sensitivity is less. The head is just without sensation. When I apply very cold or very hot water on my penis head, I feel nothing at all. Also, the penis all the way down to the anus is sore, including the shaft and head. I think I was exerting too much force gripping the penis just below the glans to do the stretches.

I really do not think it is nerve damage but I can't feel what you are feeling. I would suggest just taking a break from PE and using some healing techniques until you feel 100%. Deep tissue massage, heating using a heat pad or hot wraps, 1 aspirin a day to keep good blood flow, maybe some edging while erect. As far as the head is concerned, did you have sensitivity there before because many guys have no sensitivity in their glans.

Thank you for the advice. I actually feel like I am recovering. I just never experienced anything like that before and I was worried. I feel like I should have spent more time warming up instead of rushing straight into the routine, especially as a newbie. I am going to take some time off for now.

Even the smallest change in feelings in the beginning can throw you for a loop. Just try to keep in mind, it is very hard to hurt your penis. Also, expect to experience alien feelings as you are growing, soreness, slight numbness, etc., these things are temporary but necessary in the growth cycle.
