NO2, anybody try it?

If youve been to a GNC or read anybodybuilding mags, you have probably seen this, it's impossible not to.

It's supposed to increase nitric oxide resulting in lean mass gains and much harder and more frequent erections. I am looking for the bodybuilding benefits, but I think it could definitely help with Penis Enlargement. I think the main ingredient is a type or arginine.

At GNC it was $79.99, so I said the hell with that maybe on Gold Card day. But then I found it on the manufacturers website and you buy one large bottle and get a smaller one and the book the inventor wrote about it for free. So for $85.90 including priority mail I got a 180 cap bottle, 90 cap bottle, and the book. You are supposed to take 8 a day, but I am going to start at 4,workmy way upto 6, then maybe 8. Arginine is known to cause diarrea and all that good stuff in high doses, so I want to build up a tolerance. I will let you know how it works. I was just wondering if anyone else has tried.

L-argenine has been talked about many times before on these forums and others as well. Do a search and I'm sure you'll find a lot on the subject.

Arginine alpha-Ketoglutarate is not normal arginine. It should work like taking 10g is arginine at once. Very powerfull.

Thanks, thats why I was asking about NO2 specifically. Anyway I got my 2 bottles and the book in the mail today, so I will let everyone know how it goes-both for bodybuilding and "male" performance.

Hey man, I've heard a lot about NO2 and I actually have the little book that the inventor wrote. They were selling theh book at GNC for $1, so I got it...but thats all I got since I didn't wanna spend that much money on a bottle of pills! Let me know how it works for you.

Hey man, I got that book too. I will tell you if you do want to get it, it is cheaper online direct from the company because they throw in an extra (smaller) bottle and the book for the same price. Basically you buy the 180 size and get a free 90.

Ive been taking it about 5 days now. I took 2 twice a day the first 3 days and 3 twice a day the last 2 days. Im gonna work up to 4 twice a day. He says to either take 4 or 5 twice a day, but I wanted to make sure my stomache,etc handled it OK.

So far I do definitely feel the pump. My pecs and arms stay pumped. Plus the erection frequency and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] is up. I havent been lifting at all either. i am going to start lifting andI might take Cell Tech (creatine) since I have a whole conatainer just sitting here. Also, Ive been eating like crazy and no visible fat gain, so that good. Im gonna give it at least 1 month on full dosage before I really say if its worth it. IMo it is most likely effective but I dont know at the price.

Bad idea, increasing bllod flow in your overall body includes your brain, and can easily cause a blockage in arteries, and inflamattion leadin to a stroke....just a thought...

Most people could definitely benefit from blood flow to the brain.

8 tablets per day?! Good god, you're going to burn through that stuff in no time... I'll save $90 and spend it towards something that I think will get me better results (i.e. Protein supplements).

I have used 1 bottle of NO2 a few months ago along with my exercise routine.. id have to say its a very expensive supplement. I did feel and see harder erections but i dont think i gained any length or girth i normally would have with a regular Penis Enlargement routine...but thats just me though..for some reason my body doesnt really respond to supplements very well.

I have not tried NO2, but I have tried Universal Nutritian's NOX3.

It contains an extra ingredient called ornithine AKG. This is supposed to boost the affects of the arginine.

When working out, I get the most incredible pumps. My muscles not only feel the burn from lifting, but they feel like they are going to explode through the skin. Incredible. The pump lasts for a while too after the work out. I have also noticed more blood flow to the penis.

As far as blood flow to the brain, I have been taking this stuff since August and have had no bad side affects. I actually feel like my memory and concentration has improved.

This stuff is cheap too if you buy it on the internet. I bought my supply from http://www.a1nutritionproducts.com for $35 a bottle. Take 3 in the morning and 3 before your work out daily. 180 tabs will last you 30 days.

There is a new vasodialator out by SAN Nutrition that I am waiting to try called OX. It contains some new supplement that is supposed to work even better than arginine.

Will let you know as soon as I try it.

well,, now thanx to justwantmore and the genegra site, and being able to purchase silagra for 1.15 for 100 mg,, getting nitrogen is no prob,, i have 2 observations,, 1) the use of only 25 mg of silagra while doing supras exercizes seems to give them more power, i have been on a no length gain for 6 mo,, and i see about a 1/8 increase in the last two weeks,, im gonna keep this up to see if the gains are real,, and 2) while using supras methods, the last 2 weeks, and with the uli combo with edging,, i wonder if the tremendious pressure created and being held back stretches the prostate somewhat allowing a greater capacity,, my cum production has at least doubled , in the last two weeks since starting these exercizes,, i have not had gobs of the stuff in years,, hogboy harv,,

Ive never tried NO2 myself, but my boss at work who was a former powerlifter / Mr. Pennsylvania used to take it all the time. He told me it definitly gave him more/harder erections as well as giving the pump you read about. I may try it myself here in the near future once I start getting back into shape.

I've never taken NO2, but AAKG which is the actiive ingredient in it. I've also tried the newer DiArginine Malate and love both. I get whichever is on sale or cheaper at the moment and it is a staple for me... along with CEE and Citrulline Malate.
