Hey guys, I've been doing DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] since July 2012, but I've had no gains so far. I'm doing stretching in the morning and jelqing in the evening. I warm up 10 min. before and after the exercise. For some reason I can't feel my ligaments stretched and my foreskin is after a couple of stretches pumped and turns purple. Is it possible that there's something that could hinder my penis to grow?

Seven month with no gains means, yes, you are doing something wrong. The issue may be in intensity and how much force is being used, it might also be one of time or perhaps improper technique. The best place to start is to get a good background. What are you doing specifically? The order, time, etc. What are your measurements now? Have you seen any growth in flaccid stretched bone-pressed length? Are you seeing any temporary expansion in girth? Lets start there and see where it takes us, I promise we will get you growing.

Thanks for response. This is kinda hilarious. During my time of doing pe, I haven't measured myself properly and regularly. I started with 5.7 nbpel x 5.6 eg. I measured myself in the mid of February, but I measured myself wrong so I got pissed off and opened this thread. I measured myself properly at the end of Februrary.

My stats: nbpel:6.5"
fsbpl:7"
eg(mid-shaft):5.9"

I have figured out the proper grip so I'm not stretching only my skin, but I can feel burning sensation in my ligaments as well. I'm gonna open my own log.
 
Sometimes it's the order of what you do. Example, because of privacy issues I can't use my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] but I still do manuals. Almost a year & nothing!I said "Enough" so I switched it around. First I warm up with a rice sock around my dick for 10 min & then do Mandingo stretches for 10 min. For those 10 min I have the rice sock heating up my ligs, then do 5-6 min of dldblasters, 5 min of tension stretches & btc stretches with a large dowel rod. Then lock hand for as long as I can. I even work out lock hanging especially while on the treadmill for 1/2 hour.Guess what? I broke the plateau!!! Like dld says alway do pe! Watching tv, Lazy ass stretch ! At work & I'm in construction, lock hang! If I'm standing sometimes I do standing fowfers. Switch it up and GROW!!!!
