I prefer both. I have worked very hard to make equipment a part of my total routine which also contains manual work that is not possible with devices. Keep this in mind, I am not looking to gain, I do this to invent new tools and exercises. I will choose the SiliStretcher over the SG. It's all about comfort and intensity for me. The SG provides intensity but fails woefully in terms of comfort.
