newbie needs advice

Hi everyone, i've been looking around this forum for about two
weeks before deciding to join.I will like to start pe but being a father of 3
Little ones and having a full time job makes a hard to get
involve with manual exercises. I have no time & lil patience to be
using my hands. I will like to start hanging and stretching.
My rutine will involve stretching with a fast size Stretcher for 3-4 hrs

what do you guys think? any feedback is welcome...

hanging, i will start for a couple of minutes 15-20 everyother day.also,i was wondering about the turtle efeect penis goes into after strecthing.is this ok, or will it slow gains? should i prevent the penis from doing this pe and how?

the turtle effect doesnt effect gains at all...it will slow down once you put some good hours of hanging and stretching in...you will notice that your penis is not going to retract so much but it does take time...mine still does depending on the weather but majority of the time it hangs...
