I have just joined the site after lurking for a few months and reading about all the great information you have to offer. I haven't actually started Penis Enlargement yet but I am now deciding to take the plunge ;)

I just want a bit of help deciding what to do. I am currently about 6.2'' BPenis EnlargementL and about 4.5'' girth. My short term goal is to be about 7'' BPenis EnlargementL and 5'' Girth with a long term goal of about 7.75'' - 8'' BPenis EnlargementL and 5.5-5.75'' Girth. Is this realistic?

I was thinking about something like this:

One annoying thing I also find about my penis is that it points upwards at a very sharp angle. Is there any exercises I can do to make it point outwards at a 90 degree angle to my body?
 
I would just do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for 3 months to condition your dick and you should still see some nice gains. I'm already seeing some nice changes just 6 workouts in. RedZulus routines seem really intense and more advanced. Oh and I definitely think your goal is possible if you stay consistent!

Welcome to the forums! Your goals sound perfect and easy to accomplish. The SizeGenetics will bring you very quick length gains but you can not wear while sleeping unless you set an alarm every hour to wake up and reset the device. The last thing you want is a restriction in blood flow. With that said, there are plenty of hours a day you can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] so stick with the waking hours.

with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]... if you just use the single tube attachment device and not wrap ur penis glands... the device will pop when necessary. I wore an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to bed for the first 2 months... when ever I got a piss wood it would pop. Awake... I can log 3 hrs at a time with no wrap on glands and just the single tube below the glands. I found once the pain gets intense I would wake up and reset. However!!!!!!! You are the second guy who wears it to bed...You have never experienced issues with blood flow?

I only wore it to bed in the first 2 months... wanted to log as many hrs as possible. No... never had blood flow problems in the glands. I believe your body has an alarm clock that rings when your sleeping. HEY GET THIS DAMN THING OFF! NOW! I would wake up take it off and go back to bed. some nights I would get a piss wood and it would pop off in sleep... Wow, that is crazy that your body will wake when you need to reset...if this was the case for me I could wear for 24 hours straight! What is the longest you have gone before a reset?
 
So I never ended up getting started due to being extremely both in and outside of work. But now I have the time to spare and want to finally start Penis Enlargement. I imagine that I should start by stretching my tight ligaments so as to drop the angle of my penis? Also maybe start stretching the skin on the underside of my penis? Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this?

Main plan for Penis Enlargement is to start by doing the following:

Move onto length by doing newbie stretches in all directions. Or should I be doing just downwards stretches to try stretch out my ligaments?
