I just started doing pe for the first time two weeks ago. The routine I had been doing was a lot less intensive then the ones I see around her (I wanted to play it safe at first), and I feel like my current program conditions your penis so much at first that it doesn't allow you to fully cash in on the "newbie gains". Aside from the adding curve to my penis I've handle the exercises well with no injuries, so I feel I can handle the intensity. Which routine do you feel I would be able to get the most out of these newbie gains with? Also would you advise taking a few week deconditioning break before beginning on my new routine?
