Hey everybody,

I just started doing pe for the first time two weeks ago. The routine I had been doing was a lot less intensive then the ones I see around her (I wanted to play it safe at first), and I feel like my current program conditions your penis so much at first that it doesn't allow you to fully cash in on the "newbie gains". Aside from the adding curve to my penis I've handle the exercises well with no injuries, so I feel I can handle the intensity. Which routine do you feel I would be able to get the most out of these newbie gains with? Also would you advise taking a few week deconditioning break before beginning on my new routine?

Is it better to release the grip from the first jelqing hand before starting up the shaft with the second hand? Or is it better to slide up the shaft with the first hand and grip underneath the glans trapping the blood, not letting go of the grip with the first hand until the second hand is midway up the shaft? I found the second method would make my head bulge and head growth is one of my biggest goals seeing how its small in comparison.

Sorry for all the question guys. I went about this once already without having a clear understanding of everything and it backfired. I want to do this in the safest and most successful manor possible and I appreciate you guys bearing with me so far. Thanks a lot

This has got to be one of the most honest and self-aware "newbie" posts I have ever read. Thanks yet again! You guys have been way to helpful, which is why I feel bad for asking for your guys' greatly appreciated advice again. I've devised my program and I was hoping to have a couple questions regarding it answered. (My routine is in bold, my concerns are italicized)



Basic Stretching: I do the very basic stretches outlined in DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] each 3 times for 30 seconds

After my morning stretches I move into periods in which I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] for 1.5 hours followed by a stretch, wear for 1.5 hours then stretch...
So Size Genetic for 1.5 hour then;
Straight up: 1 thirty second stretch
Straight Down: 1 thirty second stretch
Out to left: 1 thirty second stretch
Rotaries: 25 Cranks
Behind the Cheeks: 1 thirty second stretch
Then back to Size Genetic...


-How long would you guys suggest I wear the size genetic in total by the end of the day?

Don't ever feel bad about asking legitimate questions; believe me they are quite welcome!
Now, concerning your specific questions: I, personally only do manual work, so you'll have to wait for an equipment user to address your gear questions.
BUT I will tell you up front that it's really hard to overtrain on length.
But then: You can't train a broke dick.
Mostly, my advice, push your limits in intelligent increments and pay close attention to how your body responds.
Remember; it's a lot easier to gain s-l-o-w-l-y than to recover from an injury and then to re-start your Penis Enlargement journey.

Whichever piece of gear you want to use, I highly recommend absorbing every single scrap of information available about that equipment. There are forums for just about everything; immerse yourself and absorb.

Set yourself goals, but don't make them "absolutes". Work your way towards them. What you've got planned sounds good...but not overnight. Sound good?

Do you guys think it'd be best for me to just follow "The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words]", along with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] to aid in straightening out my curve until I plateau from this program rather then jumping into more intense equipment etc right off the bat?
