My new ROP design can be made for about $7.50. My design is based upon a ROP made by a bloke from Germany. I do not know the site or his name, but it does work and It's cheap. I call it the Power converter, because that what it does, It converts water atoms into Zinc and Copper molecules, by electron mobilization from the Copper to the Zinc.

Actualy Supra, purchased his Blakoe ring, then he developed the one he sold for $55.00. I believe he sent the Blakoe ring back for a refund? I developed one, I used from some place on the net. It may have been Tom Hubbards site?
