ive had my creative moment once more and here are the results:
Anti-LOT Stretch
Spiral Stretch
Both exercises are meant to be done with a 100% flaccid penis!
Anti-LOT Strech
The LOT Theory is about the most effective angle to stretch. So I thought that all these angles should be put in one exercise to get the fastest possible results.
Perform the grip you like best for this and start in the stretch position straight ahead (direction of LOT 9) and go slowly down until it is straight down (direction of LOT 6), go up again and repeat. I want you to do it with a constant speed any very slowly. I recommend 20 seconds for the move between the lower and the upper position. Pull with constant force. If you want to go nuts use the F-Grip.
In combination with Helicopter Stretches you got a complete lig workout.
This isn't an attack against the LOT Theory!!! It is only a try to avoid the need of it and that's where the "Anti" comes from!!!
Spiral Stretch
I like Helicopter Stretches, cuz the pull in a lot of directions. I wanted to pull into all possible directions in one exercise and here you got the result.
Start as you would with a Helicopter Stretch, but do it like a spiral until you are stretching you penis straight ahead and then do another spiral out to the starting position. Use a constant and slow speed, I recommend 10-20 seconds per "round". Try yourself how much "rounds" are best for you.
This exercie alone can be enough for the ligs.
Both Stretches are inspired by the LOT Theory and the Helicopter Stretch. Thanks to their creators for making my stretches possible!
I think everyone can do these exercises, but beginners shouldn't pull too strong!
