Hello everyone, its good to be here!

Im making this post because 1 week ago I decided to give Penis Enlargement a serious try. I want to catalog my stats on the forum and post how I have done and what I am doing. A little back story on why I am here. I have been working out on a regular basis since I joined the army back in 2008, and I have grown to love the gym immeasurably. You just go and zone out and work your body and improve your health, there is nothing like it. I have always wanted to find a way to work out my penis because it seems like the only body part that I don't workout )besides during sex that is).... I have always thought that if my biceps can get bigger why cant my penis? now from looking on the internet there are hundreds of sites touting how they have the answer to penis enlargement, usually through pills and a stretch machine combo. I thought hey, this is just like body fitness! hundreds of salesman trying to make a quick buck off of lazy people who dont want to take a disciplined approach and actually work for there fitness. Then I started looking into Penis Enlargement and now I am committed to giving it a real go and sticking to a strict regimen to see where it takes me.

Starting stats L: 5.5 in. W: 4.5 in these are the only measurements I thought relevant.
 
ok so first month is good and im keeping motivated. On a technical note ive found that I am getting the most "squeeze" out of an overhand grip "palm down" where i am pulling the penis straight out and not straight up with a regular palm up grip that is prescribed. I dont know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, like the gym I figured the harder the squeeze the better and more full the rep. also I am focusing on the squeeze at the base as much as the head, is one more important than the other? besides the actual jelquing routine I am also having trouble getting used to the stretching i.e getting my grip tight enough around the head so that I actually feel the stretch internally. I am wondering also iff there is a good alternative to baby oil that will not leave a residue on penis, i feel like it sticks to me until the end of the next day, when i am jelquing again. maybe a water based lotion will be better?

Manual stretching tips:
Wash your cock with some bar soap or some kind of soap that doesn't leave a slick residue (like body-wash). This will keep your member nice and dry and sticky for stretching.
Stretch immediately after you've cleaned your cock as to avoid the sweat and oil excretion that goes on throughout the day.
Try getting your hands damp with a wet rung out towel. Keep towel next to a heating pad and the baby powder station.
After your hands have been dampened, wipe them against the dry portion of the towel and they should be stripped of the oils that naturally build up.
Now apply a small amount of baby powder to your hands and penis, don't drench them though.
When gripping, grip with palms down when stretching in any direction but straight up, up and to the left/right.
Grip is easiest to hold and maintain when you use your thumb and middle finger with the tightest grip, with your index and ring finger being secondarily supportive.

As far as the baby oil goes:
I use EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) to jelq with because it lasts a while and it's great for the skin.
Every other time I want to moisturize up, I clean my dick and apply pure 100% Shae butter. This stuff is amazing and will help restore sensitivity and plushness.
