I’ve been Penis Enlargementing on and off for over 4 years now. Used to participate actively at Big Als Penis Enlargement Forum, Thunders, and for a brief stint at DLD’s [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], but got real busy and drifted out of participation. I’ve had success with Penis Enlargement, gaining 3.5” in length and almost 1.5” in girth. The majority of my gains have come from manual exercises, ie stretching, jelqing, squeezes, etc. I do have a Bib starter obtained when my gains slowed to a crawl, and did manage to find some private time to dedicate to hanging, enough to see it is a very valid and preferred approach to Penis Enlargement, but that time evaporated and hasn’t returned. I just don’t have the time/privacy to hang 1 or 2 sets, let alone 3+. Additionally, the bulk of my gains were had from doing several small sets at work, where I continue to employee stealth Penis Enlargement.
As I had seemingly hit a wall with no further gains, I took an extended 6 month deconditioning break. I hypothesized that the majority of my gains came within my first 6 months of Penis Enlargementing, when my tissues were most vulnerable, so I hoped to recreate this situation. Worked a bit, with minor gains, but nothing to write home about. I’d like to gain at least another inch of length as well as girth. That should be all I ever need to satisfy my wife. I’ve most always worked length and girth simultaneously, but lately have come to Bib's way of thinking (work length until you get the gains you want then work girth), coupled with a new found method that has shown me more potential to kick start length gains, and plan to work length only for the next several months and see what happens.
Without a doubt, my septum is my limiting factor. By using hands only for stretching, I’ve found it about impossible to isolate the septum. The latter months of my pre-long pe break focused on trying to get it to budge, unsuccessfully. I had hoped to replicate the success DLD claimed when he introduced his A stretch, which I imagined targeted the septum very nicely, but try as I might, I couldn’t get it to work for me. I have big thighs and thick forearms, it just wasn’t happening. I had resigned that I had all the length I was likely to get, until I decided one day to take a look at what Bib had been up to and found this forum he created. Perfect. Especially the discovery of the rice sock fulcrum. I took a long hard look at my situation to see if there was anyway I could fit hanging into my schedule, but it’s just not to be. So, I put my thinking cap on and came up with a way I hoped would replicate it’s septum stress, and stumbled upon something that is hammering it like nothing I’ve found before. I PM’d Bib and asked him to try it, and he felt it had merit. I’ll put it here in the hanger section for now, as it’s by far the most active section, and I think it has applications for guys hanging while on vacation or otherwise away from their hanger, like at work, who wish to keep the septum stretched out. Bib may wish to move it now or in the future, up to him Smile
Here’s what I’m doing-
Since I work in an office environment, I am wearing business clothes. What I do is hit the private john:
1- Remove my leather belt (1" width) and buckle it, so it forms a circle.
2- Sitting on the edge of the toilet, with one hand I put the looped belt over my dick.
3- Reach under my thigh with the other hand, take an overhand grip on the upper shaft (taking care so that I am grasping mostly internal structure, not bunched skin that would be stretched).
4- Move the belt as close to the pubic bone as possible, leaving some excess skin on the underneath side of the shaft so it's not stretched, with my shaft in a straight out angle.
5- Pull downward and backward on my shaft while maintaining pressure on the belt so my septum stays SO. I also brace my pulling hand agains the bottom of my thigh, creating a fulcrum and increasing the force.
6- I hold the stretch for 2.5 minutes, increasing it when possible based on what I'm feeling, then switch hands and repeat for another 2.5 minute stretch.
In all my years Penis Enlargementing, this seems to be hitting my septum like nothing else ever has. I do 6 five minute sets per day at work, and am easily reaching septum isolation and fatigue. One thing I've found is it is important to allow extra skin on the bottom of the shaft, forward of the belt, or the skin stretch is painful and limiting.
I also need to pay strict attention to how it's set up. Slight variations in angle and grip go from no septum stretch at all to very isolated intense septum stretching. If the ligs are engaged, I raise the shaft, lift the belt and reset the stretch. It seems maximum septum isolation is reached at the angle just above when the ligs engage. It's very important to make sure the effort being expended is worthwhile by getting set up properly from the git go. I have tried it from the front, without reaching under my leg, but the isolation and stretch is no where near as intense. I have been supplementing this with manual stretching while watching TV at night, just to keep things stretched out.
I wanted to share this in case it will help anyone else. I’ve imagined several variations as well as applications while hanging, but since this is working so well for me at the moment, I’m not changing anything.
