Maybe your ligs, or maybe your skin. I tend to stretch my skin more than my ligs when I do those so I just don't do squat stretches.

Hard to say. The bad news is certain exercises cause pain for people that don't for others, the good news is there are many other length stretches available. I would say find a good substitution like ROTARY STRETCHES or BLASTERS.

REDZULU may also chime in on this. He has more experience with the SQUAT STRETCHES than I do.
 
wooohooo good deal I am on the ball here. thought that was the case. and figured since I was new it was his best bet to post it here. I'm learning.
 
I think I know what you mean when you say that you feel pain when doing squatting stretches. When I stretch down, I sometimes start off in a squat and then slowly raise my legs into a standing position. About halfway up (knees still bent) I feel extra stretch on my ligs (not 'pain' necessarily, but a slight discomfort). I don't know what it is exactly, but may be something similar to what you are experiencing.

There is such a fine line between bad pain and good soreness. I think with every exercise the user needs to find his balance.
 
This *pain* is actually SKIN, located right at the inside leg ... the skin there is made tight when you stretch the penis in this position and hence it hurts there ... also the pain can be the Tendon in that region, it all stems from the inside leg you are stretching in the directon of.
Just change the angle so the skin/tendon aint pulled as much or be more gentle.

I wouldnt say give these up, as they really help length gains ....mainly the downward motion - 6 oclock - do that quick and hard , its an explosive shock routine, keep at that for say 15-30 mins and ya ligs WILL be sore.
 
I really like the squat stretch ,I seem to get a better more intense stretch from the squat . and also I get more lig pops from the squat than any other stretch I do . What happens to me is I get a slight pain then if I apply a little more pressure to the pull I get a lig pop and the pain part goes away and i can continue the pull and not need to let off to let the pain reside ....just my thoughts on this .

I did the squat strechin in the shower and pulled it to the right and got a pain/discomfort and it didnt go away only until 1-2 minutes later.


Your saying to hold the penis for 15-30 in that same postion?
 
No I dont think he means hold it for 15-30 mins. hold the for lets just say 30 seconds release and repeat ...at least this is how i do mine .
