Nah not really.

But I'm becoming scared to Penis Enlargement due to a turkey neck problem that seems to of evolved.

I thinks its cause of the 500 constricted Jelqs I do in my routine.

should I cut these out and replace them with something else. I use that exercise to get girth so what else could replace it?

Help with this would b much appericated. Any of u boys have a good girth routine without the turkey effect
 
I'm not too sure to be honest. I do your routine Cool for stretching as well as blasters.
I think it's happening because I constrict while I jelq. I dont even know if thats a particularly good exercise. I'm thinking about doing ulis instead. It's hard to stop doing the constricted jelq though as thats all I used to do and I've had pretty good results off it alone.

Ok not amazing but I've gone from

6" to 6.8" length

and

5" to 5.6" on the base in girth. The middle has only gone up 5" to 5.2" though.
 
thats from 10 months worth of work. Just started doin a straight intense constricters and the stretchs bout a month ago. So hoping to push it into 7" before the end of this year. COME ON! :)
 
I'd reccomend that you start wearing a leather ball strectcher: While you're pulling your cock away from your body, the stretcher holds the skin in place, preventing a turkey neck. I wear my stretcher whenever I do my manual work.

Just a thought.

That is amazing, that's a good gain for 10 months... good idea harm...
 
Really? Nice one. I wasn't too sure because I sometimes see peeps saying they've gained 1 inch in a month. But too be fair, if I can get the same results next year I'd be more than happy. That would be around 8inch and that would be my ultimate goal. That with 5.5-6 girth in the middle ;)
