So I've been following this new routine for the last few weeks. It's pretty intense in my opinion. I've been doing stretches for 3 days on 1 day off, girth everyother day. About a week ago I noticed my fbps actually decreased and at the advice of some helpful folks on here I ended up taking 3 days off......and actually ended up 1/8" in erect length and girth increases after the days off.

Now I've been back at it and those gains have disappeared which makes me think I need more time off. So now I've got a couple questions.......

How long should be good a couple days?

Should I lighten my routine or just take more rest days?

I totally understand these questions have no definite answers. Just looking for more advice here......which you guys are great with.

I should also note that I've been steadily increasing the clamping part of my routine which I think might be hindering erection quality which might explain this.

Do you guys think that it's possible to stretch too much? I'm taking days off from stretching and clamping........ but if its only clamping I need days off from I feel im missing out by not stretching....ideas??
 
Go with your gut on this. I try to do my routine when I'm not turtling. If I'm turtling, I lay off for a while. When my "flushed flaccids" return, I do my routine as often as I can--day and night 24/7.
 
Im A New Member And I Wanna Gain In Length. Im Currently 7.5 Inches Long And I Would Love To Be Over 9 Inches By Following The Program. Can Anyone Give Me Some Advice, And What To Expect To Gain.
