Need help with routine/general penis health

Hi guys

I was just reading a post by red about saggy skin at the base of the penis. Has anybody got any ideas on how to prevent this from developing?

I recently performed jelqs and squeezes over a 3 week period using an elastic band at the base of my penis to help keep erection and engorge the penis with blood. It seemed to develop quite considerably following that session.

Anyways Dudes I’m in a bad way sexually at the minute and need some advice and help. I'm a bit lost.
I've recently starting going out with a girl since my last serious girlfriend a year ago. Even though I continued to have sex the past year it wasn't regularly so my penis is a little untrained. I'm looking to introduce a very basic girth and length routine to firstly strengthen my penis before trying to add some gains.

I was thinking jelqs (maybe squeezes) 3, 5 times a week. I have done both in the past quiet intensely.
And I am looking at using a vimax [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for length (I’m not too fused on gaining length fast so I have set my self a 6 month target to gain whatever I can)

Does anyone have any time and suggestions to help me out?
I would like to gain some serious girth and strength my penis.

but with some guys weak erections after starting jelqing or Penis Enlargement for the first couple weeks is semi-normal. so if that happens no worries bud, in a short while he'll be back to at least where he was if not better and on track to where you want him.
