I have made a decent gain of .25 inches in length in just a week of manual stretching. I took a break in PE and want to get back into it. I now want to do girth work along with stretching.

How does this girth routine sound:

- This will be done at 100% erection

i would suggest start with normal jelq first and then [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] as it is intense....
i mean start the session with normal and then continue with ss
 
Super sets worked really good for me..i think i got 0.2 inch in girth in about a month from doing super sets...i was doing 100 jelqs,followed immediately by 1 min of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] if i remember corectly...or 100 jelqs followed by..i forgot the exercises name...pretty much you hold the base of the penis with OK grip,and with the other hand you grip under the glands and start rotate your penis in small circles...worked really good for me...any kind of routine will give you some results imo,especially if youre a begginer,it matters what you do after the routine...i always wear a cock ring,or edge after a girth routine....to keep the tissue expanted..you can have the best routine ever,if you put your dick in your pants at the end of the workout,youre not gonna grow that much

Looks like a good girth routine.
