Ok so i've just started the Penis Enlargement thing about a week ago. I'm currently about 5.5 NBPenis EnlargementL. My goal right now is for 6.5. Here is my routine.

1. Start out with a hot shower
2. Stretchand hold under left cheek, under right cheek, straight back, straight out, down, up, left, right, down and to the left, down and to the right, up and left, up and right, then i a twist and stretch to the left and right, then DLD blasters. Do these for 30 seconds a piece.
3. Then I clamp for 10 minutes.
4. Do this two more times.

Any suggestions?
 
I don't know if you should be clamping yet, you don't want to end up hurting your dick. In my opinion jelqing is the best exercise, atleast until your penis is much more conditioned. Also, edging is a good thing to do and drink a lot of water throughout the day. Get your jelqing technique down though, don't give up on it if you think it's not working, that just means your not doing it right. Your stretching sounds great though.

One theory behind it is that when you begin to have an orgasm certain cheemicals are released in your penis that are benificial, but when you fully cum other chemicals then are pumped in to make your dick shrink back. I'm not sure how true that theory is but I do know that when I edge for a few days without cumming my dick is so much plumper and longer flacid which means that when your dick is healing from a workout it will heal more stretched out. You don't want your dick to be all shrunken and turtled up after a workout, it should be much bigger than normal, swollen and happy and sore.:)
