Hello Eeveryone !
I'm new here and just had my first Phase 1 workout today !
My PC muscle is stronger than it should be at this stage. I do many different variations of excercises during the course of the day, including the ones stated in DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words].
My starting stats are:
Flacid:
Length 4.5 "
Girth 4.125 "
Erect:
Length 7 "
Girth 4 . 875"
