Ok you got my stats on 15.01.09 .. started slowly..no need for rushing and getting injured, all is goin great, didn t measure yet but with what i've been doin i expect around 1 cm gains in month.. anyway we will see.
As for penis condition, he is now in good shape, all in all i have around 2 hours of effective stretching each day, no day off yet .. in first 5 days or so had a problems with skin near the ligaments, started to peal off, didn t use any creams, skin seems to adjust and its fine now.

PS: secret is in having a very large pants or shorts while watching a tv rofl in [privacy of your own room :)

Updating .. no measuring yet .. im respecting rule to measure at least month after .. skin near the shaft is starting to heal good, now my new marks are visible and im very proud rofl .. one wierd thing .. .i must have overdid it couple days before cause i feel my muscles in uper hand is all burning like i had after hard BB session .. never had that before i must be doin well :) .. any way we will see after 20 days or so ;) .. o yea FS only
 
Few mistakes i made .. first i started to hard and to fast using heavy stretch like this, eventualy i end up with tearing my skin near the ligaments, so i had to take 3 days off. I used some creame its completl;y ok now ..
Im goin steady and easy .. doing 20 stretches or so a day, until skin gets used to routine.. if that means cutting my gains in half im fine with that as longs i reach my goal safly .. and no more set backs like this

I think it's great you are getting such good results. I would caution you to take it a little easy though. A couple months ago I was on a mission to attain my goal of 8", I think that's 20 cm in metric. I worked it really hard and did get my results, but I also scared myself because while stretching really hard one day I caused the top side of my glans to go numb for a few days. SO please take my advice and go slow and steady and you'll still get there with your entire dick.

I had a problem week ago or so, i over did it , i tear my skin near the shaft, litteraly, you could saw flesh, but it was little maybe 4 mm, i rest 3 days, i got a brand new skin, now im back but im more careful in my grip i wanna attack ligs not skin, so i needed to adjust i bit (grip) for max results. I also realize something, my effort payed off and injury was slight, and unless you dont making any seruios pressure on the head of penis (never squeze the head) chances are that any injury on outer penis can be renewed easily and no consuqences.

Note: I dont wanna measure yet, i wanna do my best in lets say moth and a half and then measure ,, i wanna suprisse myself :)

Ok it's 15 .02 , month after i started, i feel the diffrence, im definetly bigger, but i dont wanna measure yet. My goal should be reached by the end of the March.. so i ll measure then.
No more problems with stretching, im hitting directly ligs now, i just needed to adjust my grip.
Im introducing jelqing sesions at night, maybe 10 to 20 min, light jelqing, or in the morning if i miss the night. They will be part of the edging sesions.

hey tmember have some advice for me? doin pe almost for a motnth , but nothing changed, only i get weaker errection. iam doin for 2 weeks the footlong stretch but still no gain not even 1 mm.... for the next 2 months i have a lot of time , no work no studies , so should i invest 3 h a day in pe?

Would be a waste to start with footlong beacuse you could gain a lot with http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1597
Things you should check
Your grip, make sure you pull the ligs and not the skin
Your stretch power, you should push it as hard as you can but not to rip him ! After you should feel the burn in your ligs, that means you did a good stretch:)

Remember lig stretch is when you pull your penis down almoust to your but cheks

If you done Footlongs even if you done them the wrong way you should gained some rofl..so check your measuring ;).
3 hours of intense training is more then enough for 1 day, basicaly you should do about 50 rep of footlongs, with some resting if you need.

You've only been doing it for a month, but you're doing footlong stretches? If you haven't got the basics down and gotten your body used to the exercises, spending 3 or 10 hours a day isn't going to do much good - you're just going to get hurt.
 
More and more my hands get wet, i can t go an like this, i must find a permanent solution to this. I have to wash my hands like every hour :O, to keep them dry, they are clean but they get wet very fast each time im on P.E session :s. Im thinking getting rubber gloves and see how that goes. All of my P.E workouts are done while i watch Tv.
My ambitions in size getting bigger, im thinking long term.
If i can just pass that hand wettnes, without washing every hour i can have firm strong and accurate stretch any time i want, and thats a big deal ;).
Everything else is goin cool :)

Why not use a small cotton towel. It'll keep your hands dry, give you a better grip, and protect your penis from the effects of constant gripping.

Ill give it a try, good idea..thank you, i ll definetly have to invent something up <:(, you see problem is that i do my P.E while im in my large shorts, so it will have to be something small but effective :s
 
I solve the issue with hand wettnes, its a simple peace of cotton shirt, maybe 10 cm in square form , i make 3 holes for my fingers to get in so i can control my penis while i grip, its perfect, it will come handy in hotter weather too :).

Yesterday and this morning i feel i strong urge to scratch ligs, good sign.
i ll keep updating ;)

PS: Hand wettnes can come and go but my grip stays perfect rofl LOL
 
Wow so you really believe in footlongs, i remember doing then all the time back in the day. I used to get so many lig pops. Anyways keep up with the training mate, your length is similar to mine.
 
Not done much of a P.E in a 2 days ...
I have to start jelqing regulary every night and thats it! I wanna add some girth ..
I have been using my improvised peace of shirt when my hands get wet, it works great but i get some red spots near the head, but it s ok they gone fast, and when they appear again i wont mind.
